I feel so bad for the staff here, they need more!! They always get my order right but the Line here is always so darn long! They just finally opened back up the inside so you can always go in when Drive Thru is busy. Never really have a problem here besides that... Love a fast food place that can get the order CORRECT 99% of the time! :)
I love burger King but I've had several orders to be messed up. There's never enough staff working. People just don't wanna work I guess. They have been nice about fixing my orders with no problem. Honestly I know that these are young people working and it's a lot to remember what to put on a burger. Soooo I'm not gonna be a"Karen". They just need to have more staff and all will be ok.
We sat in line for 20 minutes and when we got to the speaker we again waited for 5 to 6 minutes waiting for someone to take our order.After waiting 25 minutes, we left and never ordered.We went to Brother Joe's pizza and it was good and quick.I say, forget Burger King and go to Brother Joe's pizza.
While the staff is over worked. $11.57 for a Whopper with cheese and a med fry? No drink, is outrageous. I will not be back to any Burger King again. The only thing king there, is their prices.
Food was hot n made perfect.Fries were crispy loved them that way.

First of all no grilled chicken! And they never give you a napkin. When I asked for 1 the girl tried to give me a stack of like 8 of them. I told her I only need one. So she handed me one and slammed the window shut. I got nuggets because I'm limited as to what I can have and you have to get 8. 4 going in the trash. The 4 I ate should have gone in the trash because they were gross!
The employees at this location are PHENOMINAL!! However, they are overworked. If you are short staffed, as most places are these days, you need to accommodate to your employees to keep them happy. Fast food loactions will always have customers, but you need employees to keep things running, they should be the first priority. This location should not have had their lobby open today, 2/7/22. My heart goes out to the staff! Keep your heads up, you're doing great!
Couldn't go inside doors locked. . Sat in line for drive through. Finally pulled out of line. Went elsewhere to eat !
Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The wait time was long. Dining room was closed and could not access the restrooms.
