80% miss on online orders. They ALWAYS FORGET SAUCES so make sure to have your own. Chips are stale and wings are very little and sparsely sauced. Do not recommend this location.

Three people in my party got food poisoning for improperly handling raw chicken.
Came twice on a business trip. Derek, the server and bartender was very friendly and quick with orders & refills. Great food as always at the BWW chains.
Good Chicken with variety sauce. Loved the Mango spicy and lemon pepper... Also they where accommodating for our large group.

Rec'd a gift card from son-in-law for C-mas. Decided to use it today for first game .. Bengals v Chiefs. Got there right around kickoff .. a nice crowd but not crazy. We are older, don't do crazy well. Got a good seat and waited for drinks. It was a little slow coming, but we have patience. Derek showed up and bing bam boom .. drinks, order placed another round or two of drinks. We finally realized that Derek was handling the whole bar area inc bartending!We had our wings .. brisket .. beers etc .. and it was v good. I'm a critical guy and hard to please and at first I thought it was going to be a bad review.I was 100% wrong. Derek flew around the place and handled the 50+ customers professionally. We had a good time.Disclaimer .. only our 2nd time there in maybe 3yrs .. never met Derek or anyone else.
I went the carryout route enjoying the BOGO traditional wing special. Most of the wings were cold and fries were too. My daughter's cheeseburger was good. Make sure you check your containers before leaving the restaurant. Dining room was busy this evening.
