I’m officially done ordering from Best Wok. They used to be the best Chinese around! But today my order had a few really bad points. First they are always late on delivery and especially bad on scheduled delivery. Today 30 minutes late. Last time 20 minutes. But the biggest offense today, it the General Tso tasted and smelled like rubber. Like it was cooked in a rubber Wok. Absolutely inedible. They’re late, the food has become only worse and prices increased!
The staff is always so friendly. I order both delivery and pickup frequently. The food is tasty, the portions are generous, and the prices are good too.
Food wasn’t good, lack of flavor, pork fried rice had a tiny, almost unnoticeable amount of pork, spare rib tips were mostly fat. Most flavorful part of the meal was the fortune cookie.
Has been my go to Chinese restaurant for months until now. I got my one year old daughter and I a sweet and sour combo plate to share on Sunday evening. Both my daughter and I were up all night long throwing up. Then when I called Best Wok to inform them the food we got made me and my daughter sick I got “oh no it wasn’t the food” “did you get a shot? Maybe it was something else you did that day that made you sick.” “Yeah there’s no way it was the food, I don’t think it was the food. It was made fresh.” I don’t know if the chicken was bad or poor cleaning/sanitation but it definitely was the food that made us sick. Will NEVER order from them again.
Good lo main but they don't know the difference between house rice and fried rice.
I ordered my food at 3:43p.m. It is currently 6:43p.m. I have still not received my food. I have called the store multiple times. They didn't offer me a discount or an apology. I wanted to cancel the order but after such a long wait I didn't want to wait for another order from a different place. If I was able to I would have picked it up. The food is pretty good but this service is unacceptable. Needless to say this will be the last time I order from here.
Best Chinese food! Always hot, hospitality is always amazing! The place is clean too. We love this family owned business! Our kids love playing with their kids. We will miss living in the area but we will always get our Chinese from them!?
Ordered through online app, it was ready when I arrived to pick up. Everything was delicious and cooked just right. Will reorder and reccomend. Only thing was they add a tip then expect you to add another on top which was almost a forth of my bill.
Love that place ..I moved and they don't deliver were I live now but I am willing to travel to eat their food...They make my food just right and not greasy like other Chinese restaurants do..
Ladies sing lady seemed very agitated and she was rude when I asked her to see the wings. They looked dark and warmed over I told her I went with fresh wings for my money she told me that I didn't need to come back into the store yet she was very mean and very rude and I will not go back and hear her story
