Salad & wings

My go to at this Arooga's are the original wings, twice baked with the Almost Everything sauce. I love their Bleu cheese dressing, the chunkiest around! Recently discovered the Buffalo Chicken Pretzel appetizer. Wonderful soft pretzel, covered with cheese and sauce and then baked. I am hooked! Service has always been very friendly and attentive without being obnoxious. The only reason I give four instead of five stars is that sometimes there is inconsistency in how the wings come out-some days much drier than others, and if you only ask for celery and Bleu cheese with the wings, you might only get 3 or 4 pieces of celery, which isn't enough to sop up the Bleu cheese dressing!!

Absolutely love aroogas! Best pretzel ever! I had a great cheese steak too! Kids all loved their food. Decent draft list and top notch service! Place is huge too with really nice booths and tables and lots of TV's with sports.

Amazing food. Great delivery Stayed at a hotel in the area and got delivery. (Their delivery fee $3.50 is much better than door dash) plus you could track the progress and got messages of when they were in the lobby.

Love coming here! Tonight was even better cause of our fantastic waitress Trish or goes by "mama trish'" . id go there again just for her! Our food was absolutely fantastic as always!

I mostly go here for the bar, but the food is always good too! Bartenders are all sweet and kind. Great place to meet new friends and have good conversations with great people!

Driving across country in a uhaul, settled in hotel and ordered dinner online from their website for delivery at 9:30pm. The kitchen was verified as open until 11am, the restaurant until midnight. At 10pm, the online status was waiting for driver. Food never arrived. I called at 10:15pm and spoke with manager. At first, she said they never processed the order. It was a third party that handles the orders. When I told her I didn't believe her because my credit card was pending, she then said the kitchen staff went home early and she was unable to fulfill any orders. She had to turn away people that showed up in person. I then asked her to cancel my order and not charge my card, she said it was already processed automatically she would have to submit it to office in morning and that it would take 5-7 days. In waiting for my order and having to deal with her lip service and her incompetence, all the other restaurants were now closed. We were left without dinner that night. I called back 2 weeks later asking why my refund wasn't processed and the response I got from another manager I spoke to was that they had the information of my order and it would take another 3-5 days for a refund. I did not receive a sincere apology or any explanation why it wasn't taken care of the first time. I have no faith that I will have money back from the restaurant. Based on how they handled it, I have a feeling this happens all the time and I would advise to stay far away from this restaurant.

My wife and I were up at camper world picking up a part for our camper.Apond leaving we started looking for a place to eat and have a beer.We seen Arooga's and thought we'd check it out. When we walked in, we weren't quite sure where to go. We walked into a room that lead to where the bar was. When we sat down at the bar and waited for service. While sitting there, three other guys walked in and sat a few seats away.By this time it's been about 5 minutes. When the server finally came over, she served the three guys first.Even though we were there a few minutes prior. We did finally get served, and she took our food order. She asked me how I would like my burger, pink, or dun. My reply was dun no pink. My wife ordered a tray of nachos for her meal. When getting my burger, it was pink inside. My wife's nachos where not warm or crunchy. We ate our food anyways because we didn't want to complain.Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but for me the food was not the greatest. And who puts cheese whiz on a cheese steak sandwich!?While sitting there finishing up, we over heard the manager talking to someone on the phone about the roof leaking. He told the person on the phone that when it rains it leaks bad. You could actually see water damage on the ceiling. I wouldn't want to be a patriot sitting there eating while it rains not knowing what could happen.Me personally I don't think I will go back there again.Maybe if it's the only place open at the time.

We really enjoyed our visit. We haven't been here in years. Service was great & quick, food was delicious! We will definitely be back!

The food is pretty good typically. And the service e isn't half bad either. However, the award for most mistakes made with an order goes to this location every year.Been coming here a long time because uts simply too convenient for me versus other ones. And the mistakes are usually able to be looked over. But uts very frustrating that's uts 4 out of every 5 times I've ordered here. Anywhere from getting the wrong sauce smothered on your wings to unfortunately their most common mistake in my experiences, missing an item entirely when it Was paid for.It happens all too often. While I'm aware it definately can get busy, this location really needs to take a second look before rushing orders out. I've eaten inside and ordered to go. Both have had mistakes. More often with to go. Why are to go orders treated so badly? I even tip! Why can't I at least have my full order I paid for to begin with? :/
