What an embarrassment for a so called restaurant business. Tried ordering through drive-thru on Tuesday @ 11:24 am. An automated message played saying to come back during business hours. I proceeded to park my car and go into the restaurant. Surprise, door was locked, yet two employee cars were in the parking lot. I called customer service who offered a “make it right card.” I stated I wanted to speak the district manager. I was informed if I wanted to go that route, I could not receive the “make it right card.” Sounds a bit like bribery. Excuse me but if a store manager and district manager can not make sure their business is open everyday for the 6 - 7 hour window they operate in, both should be fired. District manager should be there every day until they can get it right. This is the third time this has happened in the month of May. Then again corporate office obviously does not care either as their office has a 1.5 star review. Two business days later, still no phone call. No longer have my business, case closed.

Rarely do I have a bad experience at Arby's and they're my favorite fast food place. The only reason I put 4 stars is because they have recently changed their hours of operation to close at 5pm during the week which means they're closed for dinner. Great for my diet and wallet, but bad for business.

Came twice in the last month. First time, completely out of chicken (nuggets and sliders). Second time was at 7:52PM on a Thursday and they were closed. What a joke of a fast good place. Only go if you want to br disappointed.

Stopped for a quick lunch food was good and what I expected to get from Arby's even had a good laugh with the man at the window

Everything was perfect. My order was right. Associate was nice and friendly. App worked perfectly also.

Drive Thru Only yes in January 2022. Dime in never reopened.Open 11am to 5 pm...closed on Sundays

Close to early, under staffed and out of some selections of food.Most fast food places are over priced and not worth the service.

Their credit card reader stopped working when we got up to the drive through window. Manager comped our food since we didn’t have cash. Much appreciated after waiting in line. !

I've been here 2x plus one Uber Eats order and never gotten good. First time, sat in drive through for 15 minutes with 4 other people and I guess they were closed but with all lights on. Second time I was in line and when I finally got to order, sat there for 10 minutes until a girl walked out and said they closed.... AT 7 PM! Again, no lights turned off, no sign, no message on intercom that they closed. I understand there are work shortages but these people lack common sense and common decency. Uber Eats had the same problem in the drive through. It's a shame cause Arby's is my favorite fast food.

First the person working the drive through dropped my change between my car and the window. Did not bother to give me my change. Then when I asked for a straw for my shake she said they don’t have straws but she gave me a spoon. I drove away and find a knife in my bag. Not sure how I am to drink this shake with a knife
