Went at a slow rate time, almost no one in the entire restaurant, and the waiter at the front of the store mumbles it's gonna be a 45 minute wait. Shocked, because there were so sooo many open seats. Never have I walked away from dinner at an Applebee's before. But that's just what I have to expect from the Harrisburg area I guess. Just as bad as Wendy's
Our waitress Sue was great! Rack of ribs were overdone!! Wife's order had mushrooms on it, when she specifically said no mushrooms.
Nice staff but the burger was cold and took revenge on me during the night following eating here, best notify the staff if you end up having a burger that seems off instead of thinking it'll be fine...
Great Food, Great Staff, and Everything was Very, Very Good...Especially for Takeout !!!Those Meals Made Our Night...Highly Recommended !

Very poor service and food wasn't what we ordered. Couldn't find our waitress to even request for it to be fixed. No refill on drinks. Was slow at the resturant and they had any staff members working. Wouldn't suggest this place if it was the last place open. Plus we had to wear our jackets bc the place was that cold.
Went out for dinner last night after looking at the menu and seeing they have lettuce wraps for their burgers. I have celiac disease so sometimes stuff like that is a deciding factor for me. Ordered a burger with a lettuce wrap and it came out as chicken with no bun. No biggie although I'm already upset because it's nearly impossible for anybody to get a gluten free order correct, let alone for a new server to. Our server was amazing, her name was Candace. And she was the highlight of the night. Although she messed up my order two times, she had a smile the entire time and was so apologetic. I tipped her 50% and I hope that she was the one to get the tip. Another waitress stopped and talked to us as we tried to explain we weren't upset just wanted to clarify the lettuce wrap, etc. and all she could say was that if she was out waitress it wouldn't have happened. Meanwhile she also had no idea if they even had a lettuce wrap. Overall I'll probably return but it may be a while as I think kitchen and wait staff should have a few trainings on food allergies and what gluten is.
Food was excellent and the server was very nice but forgot about us on several occasions. Had to ask for napkins and plates for the appetizer. Had to ask a few times for a to-go box. Server must have had too many tables to take care of.
They are horrible always mess the order up, DO NOT GO HERE!! Manager Stephanie dont care if order is messed up and will try to over talk customer when the customer is telling them what is wrong with order. Disrespectful and no good customer service ! Smh
The dinnertime staff is terrible. Something is ALWAYS wrong with my order if I order during dinner hours. Whoever the manager on staff is during those times needs to step it up.
