The live music was too loud to hear a person right across the table from me. Our first choice of beers was out of stock. The beer we had was good. The food was reminiscent of German food , but not a reason to come back.

It's a nice looking place, but it would seem that the owners have never been to Germany, and are clearly not German. The lunch menu is more Italian and Mexican, with only 1 or 2 minor German food options. They could easily serve some of the dinner only dishes for lunch, like the burgers or currywurst. This place has a real opportunity to be unique, but unfortunately it's just mundane from lack of cultural knowledge. If I want Italian, I'll go next door to the Italian place with more options. If I want a burrito, I'll go to a Mexican restaurant down the street. I hope the owners read this, because they need to fix this serious issue. Also, some glass cups would be nice rather than plastic solos.

Beer pretzel is incredible. Best Bratwurst I’ve had in forever. I’ll forgive them for not having sour cream for the Pierogies because they were cooked perfectly.

Food: we tried the brat, the Bavarian Pretzel and the pieogis and sausage. All were fantastic. The apple strudel and the Almond cake were tasty.Drinks are fantastic! Hubby tried a floght of 4 beers, and i had the flight of 4 slushies. Delicious. I ended up ordering a regular size green apple slushies.Atmosphere: fun atmosphere and vibe.Service: Eric was our server and he was friendly, courteous and did a great job serving not only inside guests, but also the guests seated outside. If we lived in the area we would make this our place to go.

Excellent restaurant and bar in downtown Hanover. They had a very strong, very tasty beer; I believe it was a Doppelbock and it was just plain awesome, with lots of malty goodness and a beautiful brownish-red color. The bartender was a very cool dude that appreciated my Cure shirt. Obviously he has great taste in music. Thanks, Bierhaus.

Great food & service. Wide variety of beers & drinks. Definitely try the Bratwurst & German Mule. Live music Fridays & Saturday. Big doings tomorrow (6/4). Be there or be square.

Slow service and mediocre food at best. The Reuben is sad. It has the worst attempt at thousand island dressing in human history. With more of a gross orange mayo with a bitter aftertaste. Very little meat, and the kraut. The best thing about it is the bread. They never had German potato salad every time we asked for it. It was blamed on a “supply chain issue”. Ummyeah it’s actually easy to make. Maybe you should look into that….If they would move at a glacier pace, it would be an improvement. We waited nearly 10 minutes for a server after we met the manager at the front for menus. When the server came out, he went to a couple who had finished their meal, ignoring my party and another party as well who hadn’t been given a hello let alone a drink. This was our fourth or fifth time eating here and we kept trying…unfortunately the staff didn’t.We won’t be back.

Went to dinner with a friend. We liked the feel of the place, but that was really all. We had the pierogi and sausage. Sausage was burnt and pierogis were well done on one side. Also, very hard to cut with the flimsy knife and fork. It was supposed to be an entree, but was more like an appetizer. Not planning on ever returning. Also, having the waiter stand at our table while we figured out what to pay did not sit right with us.

First time here and the food was really good! Nice atmosphere and the drinks are really good too! It’s a little gem that we stumbled upon one Sunday for lunch and were pleasantly surprised, we will be back for sure!

Great place. Fun atmosphere. Really good beer. Need to offer hard cider though.
