I have never written a review before. After placing an order on the mobile app I had to wait 45 minutes to get my order. I had to go into the site twice to finally get the order. I was told the delay was due to the large crowd. There were only 5 customers inside and 2 in the drive thru. Everyone inside had their orders. People who we are the mobile pickup when I arrived said they had waited 1/2 hour to receive their orders. My recommendation is that you do not offer a service that you obviously can't provide.
Easy to order. Had to wait 5 minutes for food. Worth the wait.
There was a woman putting her hands in the fry’s without gloves and she kept eating them and put her hands back into the fry’s
This Wendy's was nice. I wanted my food hot n fresh, not sitting under a light for n hr. So they made it hot n fresh for me. Salute
Just went through the drive-thru a couple minutes ago they are overly salting the fries terribly I called them to let them know the person barely had anything to say was quiet the whole time and didn't even apologize and said he will let someone know I get we're going through tough times but you should still take responsibility of your job a very unsatisfied customer
They may have a little slow. They made sure my order was right. I'm impressed

Well, the cashier was having a literally mental breakdown over taking orders for one. We waited forever for our food and asked for it fresh. We have a child eating as well, we don’t mind the wait for fresh food. Everything is cold and soggy. Nothing was made fresh, we waited forever, and we watched the cashier have a mental breakdown in front of the whole store.
We went to pull back In for fries n a lady was saying they were closed. When it says they close at 11pm it was only 10:30 I get it but what if u messed my order up?
