Great variety of chips. Store is a little dated and there's a good amount of parking. There's an older lady with short brown hair that works on the left as a cashier on Sunday, July 3rd who's SUPER rude and impatient. I thought we were having a miscommunication issue so I had my husband talk to her but she was rude to him as well! Obviously she treats customers like they're stupid or can't hear. She needs to be fired or retired. Utz, do better.
Always an amazing place to visit, always new flavors and food items. Great sale items, too. They have all kinds of pretzels also. BUT - Don't go if you're hungry, OMG!
UTZ is my favorite brand of chips, so we looked forward to the factory tour. It was a very interesting self guided tour. We spent about 40 minutes to see the potato chip process. At the end we received a coupon that was valid at the Outlet Store, so we headed that way. We spent about $50 and took a lot of great buys back to Illinois in our trunk!!
UTZ is an ICON...must visit their store soon. They always have a great and unique selection from clothing to cans and lots and lots of chip flavor varieties...almost forgot the popcorn - buttered and Carmel. Miss the 3 blend....but still love the store!
As usual the store was very busy. The prices for the snacks are unbeatable. My wife and I go here every couple of weeks to get chips and dip, pretzels and anything else that catches our eye. The staff are always polite and courteous. Come on in and give the Utz Store some business,I'm sure you will not be disappointed.

I come from RI so its hard for me to find my favorite Utz snacks. So my grandma took me here to stock up and oh my goodness! I was like a kid in the candy store. Loaded up an entire cart plus a box of 60 mix bags to take back to my guys in the shop. Thinking i was spending atleast 100$ I was SHOCKED to discover my whole trunk full of snacks only cost me $52!! This is now a must stop place every time I visit grandma

My scale wishes I hadn't found this place, but I did. $10 landed me a huge bag of delicious Utz snacks and surprisingly, Herdez queso. For a factory store, it's super cute and clean, and the cashier was delightful. I'm sure I'll be back, right after I renew my gym membership.
Didn't seem like the prices were very low for an outlet store. Said they had free samples. Didn't see any. Most of the prices were no lower than when stores have them on sale.
