Food and service was outstanding ?
I have been eating at Texas Roadhouse for over 20 years. It’s one of our go-to places where we know the food with be hot, fresh, tasty and consistent. I had a problem tonight with my credit card and Emily, a manager, was very accommodating. We will be back! My 8 year old said best ribs he ever had and my daughter enjoyed her ranger steak meal.
We went to check out this Texas Roadhouse because we are moving to the area. We went mid afternoon and the staff was extremely kind. Our waitress was named Marie and she was outstanding with her service and not just to us, but all those around her. Our food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I should have taken pictures, but we were hungry. I ordered the ribeye with onions and mushrooms and it was delicious. I usually get a sweet potato, but switched it up with the loaded mashed potatoes and they did not disappoint! I had a ceasar salad and it is one of my favorites. My husband loves the roadkill and makes his own sliders with their delicious rolls. Also, the restaurant was very clean including the bathroom. It was a great experience and we will be back!
I left my phone in Texas Roadhouse. When I went back for it every one of the wait staff said that they had not seen any such phone laying anywhere in the establishment. I then said can I go back to the table to look they said “sure”. I then proceeded back and did not see my phone anywhere. Then the gentleman sitting across from us said “Hey are you looking for your phone?” I said yes! He said the manager and your waiter took it away. So I went back and asked them again! And they again told me they don’t know anything about any phone that was left!!! I’m like okay! I have two tracker’s on that telephone! It says right here the phone in question is still in this establishment! I am calling the police and having them serve a search warrant here to find whomever took my phone. Then they went and got the other manager! She held the phone behind her back and said “ What kind of phone is it?” I said an I phone! She said “what was pictured on the screensaver?” I said a picture of my fiancé! Then when she finally gave me my phone back I stated I’ll do you one better! I then proceeded to punch in the password and unlocked the phone! Had I not been willing to tear the roof off of the place to look for my phone, your wait staff would have successfully stolen my phone!!!!!!!!!!
Rachelle was the best! Excellent server, and very polite to my significant other and I. 10/10 service with her, and she definitely made sure we left full and happy. She’s amazing! ?
Probably my favorite restaurant, perfect seasoning on the steaks. Seasoning on the fries is not so great, too uneven... The rolls are good and freshly made on site, but the real star of the place is the butter you get with the rolls, it's mixed with cinnamon and it alone is worth the trip there.The staff is some of the friendliest and most helpful also, might be due to the fact that the manager is walking the floor and not hiding in an office like most managers. The manager will stop by tables to talk to customers to see that everything is ok, the few times I've had problems with the food, over or undercooked steak, it's fixed immediately.
Our waitress was fantastic, there was 15 of us, the food was very good and came out quickly and as ordered. Always a pleasant experience.

This is one of the only chain restaurants I will visit. The prices a good for a steak dinner. I always like getting the steak kabobs as there is a different seasoning on them that has more spice. I've asked if the same seasoning can be used on another steak, but the servers are always confused by this. I also like to get the rice with the kabobs that different spice they use melts down into the rice. The bread, salad, and loaded potato are some nice sides to enjoy with any meal here.
