Just ordered ahead on the app.. Sunday night crew hit the lick. Food was awesome.. everything was perfect. Thank you!! 2/20/22

Ordered the mini dogs raw dough on the inside and burnt on the outside ? not happy.After telling me she is remaking my order, she made me wait for 10 minutes, never even starting my order, she put it back in the display case like there was nothing wrong with them.Another employee calls me over and asks what is wrong with them i showed her ten minutes later i get a refund. This Mexican Karen is not happy at all

Went by there today and ordered our food and got a table. Seconds after sitting down my husband got two bites in and I spilled my drink and it knocked his food off the table. The manager calming got up and reassured us everything was okay (as I stood there like a deer in the headlights) and jumped into action cleaning it up. I offered to help him but he instead let us get a new sandwich and helped move our table. In the world we live in today this type of empathy was well needed. Wish I would have gotten his name but I was so embarrassed I left with my tail between my legs. That man deserves a raise. Food was perfect and the people behind the counter was understanding and helpful. I’ll be going back but not to drop my drink again. Lol

This is hands down the best subway that I have EVER encountered! I was amazed at how polite a d respectful ALL the employees are. If you go here, you will notice they go the extra mile to make your day. This is the Eisenhower drive location. I honestly think the bad reviews is for a different location

Do not eat here. Twice I've observed employees walking into the bathroom with aprons on. Once while in the front mens room i observed a gentlemen at the urinal with his apron on. What part of this is ok. Maybe the owner should send everyone to servesafe course.Nasty nasty

Love subway sandwiches

This is by far one of the worst Subways I have ever been to. I use the new interactive Subway App on my Apple iPhone, and utilize the pick-up feature for when I am on lunch break to run in and grab my food. This has been the third time now that I have ordered my meal, and have gotten cookies and they have been miscounted and disregarded. How can you not count out 2 cookies. 1, 2. I don't understand. But yet, they never fail to surprise me. One time even, they gave me the 4 I asked for, but come on, you actually though they were all going to be the same kind? Nope, they gave me whatever they got. So the nasty ones, no one wants to buy. It's just laziness, that's all it is. Because I'm sure they have to remake a whole new batch if they don't have enough of one particular kind. It's just so arrogant and disrespectful. This is why minimum wage is a thing. It requires minimal thinking.

So I was there today for a pretzel I got two pretzels and a small Coke the girl charge me $8.11 no problem I gave her $10.11 and never did get my change watching the two back behind the counter the girl wipes her face off and her nose and then puts her glove on without even washing her hands oh my this isn't the first time I've witnessed this she wasn't very pleasant either and today's date is February 16 also the young gentleman behind the counter who is working the subway line Put his gloves on without even washing His hands I will say that the pretzels were better than the last time the last time I got them they were burnt to a crisp and today they were a little dry it out but better than the last time I feel that this will be the last time that I buy pretzels or subs from this place sad that they don't wanna wash their hands when they put their gloves on and I have been to Other subways and when they take your order they always wash their hands and put on New gloves young lady Wasn't even very polite very rude And this isn't the only time she has been rude to me if she doesn't want to job I'm sure there's people out there that do

I usually love this Subway and get great service, but today when I visted around 5pm there was a new employee working. He did everything he could but his trainer seemed to not be helping him much at all. My sub ended up cold because I don't believe the new employees trainer showed him properly how to use the toaster, my sub was also a loose mess when i opened it because his trainer also happened not to teach him how to wrap the sub properly after being made. As I mentioned I usually love this Subway but a cold chicken sub is quite a terrible experience.
