This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The manager there is amazing and always so kind to everyone! After the Starbucks on Eisenhower is constantly closed - I go to this one all the time! They all work incredibly hard and always have a smile on their face! They deserve a shout on for being over worked this holiday season! ❤️❤️

I go to Starbucks every weekend at the Hanover location on Eisenhower drive. Some weekends it's good service and sometimes not. I drop almost a hundred dollars a weekend when I go. The last three weekends they have missed product where I had to back and retrieved what they have missed. This is the second time I had to deal with a rude barista named Joanna. I appreciate their genuineness, friendship (even though it’s just a minute or two a day), get to know these people. They truly go above and beyond in brightening your day!

Not impressed with this visit at all! We went inside since drive through was busy and wait 30 minutes for 2 iced coffee and 1 frappe ! The only thing said was sorry and put your mask over your nose. Not ok guess I’ll go to south end from now on.
I get the same drink all the time and this time, it was disgusting. They were too busy chatting away to even make a good drink. Nope, never again.
Not sure the two girls names at 9am this morning, they were awesome. I found a "secret recipe" on fb. So I asked if they would try to make it. I gave them the recipe and even tho I have no others to compare it with, wow it was delicious!! Thank you ladies!!!
