I went today and I don’t go to Starbucks often and I messed up my size that I wanted. Luke in the drive through was super nice and understanding! He personalized the experience within the short amount of time I was there. He also made me feel better and less embarrassed about messing my size up. The service was great, my boyfriend’s coffee is good, and my refreshers are out standing. Starbucks, keep Luke at all costs!
AVOID!I had not been to this Starbucks in a very long time. I went in because I had a gift card. Never again!First, I discovered upon ordering that they no longer have a station where the customer can add cream and sugar to his or her drink. As a general rule, I only patronize places that do allow the customer to do so since I like my coffee with a certain ratio of cream to sugar.The woman who waited on me was lovely, and she gave me a generous cup full of cream and some sugar packets. As I was getting my coffee ready, a young man came over and asked me if I needed something. I told him that I was waiting on my lemon pound cake. As he brought it, I finished up and found that I still needed more cream. I started to ask him for more, but he pivoted and walked briskly away.I caught the eye of another worker and she got me more cream.The young man continued to give me stink-eye. Before I was even finished, he looked straight at me and said pointedly, "have a nice day".SO RUDE! "Take it and GET OUT was apparently his attitude".I am giving this location two stars only because the two women who helped me were lovely.But this man was so rude. I will never go back.
Every drink they make here is amazing. The staff is friendly and you never wait long. Thank for another mocha cookie crumble that tasted delicious.
This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The manager there is amazing and always so kind to everyone! After the Starbucks on Eisenhower is constantly closed - I go to this one all the time! They all work incredibly hard and always have a smile on their face! They deserve a shout on for being over worked this holiday season!
I've been to this location a few times now and have given up on getting a decent frappuccino. Stopped in this morning and what I received was watered down with barely any whipped cream. I'm not one to complain but this has happened multiple times now. I recommend the South Hanover location, the quality is much better
I wish they had better street access to the drive thru. Latte delicious. Almond croissant (which they offered to warm up) was delicious! As with all Starbucks, they are ridiculously overpriced.
Always getting my wife coffee wrong. The staff is way too over worked and to busy for the amount of people come through.

The line was long but moved along in a timely manner. The caramel ribbon crunch was yummy (maybe the best ever) The associate that took the order spoke clearly and the one that worked the window was friendly and efficient. All and all a good visit indeed
I LOVE the staff that runs this location. There drive thru can be a little slow, but they're always incredibly busy with indoor orders, mobile, etc etc. Everyone is so kind and when I wanted to try a new drink one if the baristas suggested this fantastic drink.Thanks guys for your hard work and handling pressure so we'll. Kudos!
