Wow!! I was quite surprised and delighted. I ordered barbecue chicken which fell off the bone, the Mac and cheese and green beans. Oh and I can’t forget the corn bread!! The food was delicious and the service was awesome!! So friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!!
Arrived late on a Saturday after a two day conference. The service was excellent. Best catfish and collards I’ve had in a long time. Bring cash for tips. Definitely recommend.
Basically the only soul food spot in this town so being from Baltimore I was happy, excited and ready to support. So I got a crab cake dinner that comes with rice and choice of sides. I got sides of mac & cheese, greens and yams. The flavor of the food was pretty good, seasoned.But I was served a bad crab cake. As in there were shells alllll throughout. I didn't wanna throw my money away so I picked cautiously thru it as there were some big pieces in it.(pictures). And the yams I got were so full of butter/oil there were inedible. I would like to give them another shot, but idk. I've never experienced a crabcake full of so many shells.
Where do I start? We’ll the staff is very attentive and friendly. The food can only be described as five star. The catfish is the best I have ever had. I’d recommend it even if you don’t normally like catfish. Everything we ordered was amazing. Keep doing what your doing!!!
Stopped in here for a bite while in the Market for the first time, and was blown away. Finding any seasoning on food in Hanover is a rarity, so I went back, demanded to ask who made my B'more Banger Fish Sandwich and gave her a huge hug. Fish was crispy, flavor notes changing while eating the sandwich as you hit pockets of seafood salad, and the fries were seasoned and cooked perfectly. We moved here in October and have been trying to find good food and attitude, this is it!
The food taste is full of FLAVOR! Black owned and delicious. Def will come again.

Ordered from Doordash and got a completely wrong order. Dasher said he went back to the restaurant and they were remaking it. He never came back. So anyway, I tried the rice and it was nasty. Not fresh. Complete mush. BBQ chicken had something hard on the top in the sauce. I didn't get to try the pork chops, greens, and Mac n cheese that I ordered but now I don't even want to. And the corn bread was stale. Very disappointed. Was really excited to try this place.
The wings are great. The service is great!!I will definitely be back to try more.
