Not enough employees on a busy sunday afternoon. Zero adult supervision. The four kids were working hard to provide service for at least 20 customers.They looked extremely stressed. Took 10 minutes to just get order in and was not taken correctly. My kids enjoyed their custard. The kids were working hard but needed more support.

Very friendly and helpful service, great prices and great location right inside Hickory Falls entertainment. Would recommend highly and my family also really enjoys this place. Always a good time and worth the drive to Hanover from near York PA
