Walked in, no wait to be seated. Good luck getting any service. The place was not busy and was not short staffed. My husband and I waited and waited. 5 minutes after we got seated 2 other ppl got seated they waited about 5 minutes and got served and we still didn't. Waited another 3 minutes, I couldn't take it any longer so we left. Not the first we had bad service.
Really enjoyed our experience here. We went on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm. I had the chicken and shrimp carbanero, and two of the peach Bellini cocktails. The food was delicious! The chicken and shrimp were perfectly done with a slightly smoky flavor, the sauce creamy, the pasta tender but not overcooked. The first peach Bellini came out in a regular wine glass and was good, but the second came out in a champagne flute. It really did influence the flavors, much better in the champagne glass, concentrating the sweet peach and white wine together. Our waitress was friendly, efficient, personable and attentive. An overall excellent experience.
Not the Olive Garden I remember. I ordered the soup and salad special which has increased in price by 2-3 dollars. Its now $10. Salad was drenched with house Italian dressing, which made the lettuce towards the bottom of the bowl soggy. I would have preferred a choice of dressing and on the side if she had asked me first. I asked for extra tomato slices but she forgot the extra black olives I also mentioned to her. I had the Pasta e Fagioli first and then the minestrone soup, which were both very bland without the usual amount of spices and salt they used to season it with. I put some freshly ground pepper and salt in both bowls, but there wasn't much improvement in flavor. The server also forgot to ask me if I wanted grated cheese the second time around. The bread sticks were okay but where was the saucer of extra virgin olive oil and spices for dipping? I don't think I'll be returning to that restaurant anytime soon because of this bad experience that I had.
We have had our Anniversary party at Olive garden for 17 years. The food is always great. We always ask for the small alcove. Today even though it was EMPTY we were not allowed to sit there with a group of 9. My husband was so upset! He talked to the manager and she act like she could care less. Shame on her for not honoring all our years of eating there. It was our 51 st wedding Anniversary and we weren't even given a dessert. Shame, shame?
We had a very nice lunch experience at Olive Garden, Hanover, PA.I had a lunch portion of Spaghetti and Meatballs - $9.99.My wife had Unlimited Soup, Salad, Breadsticks - $7.99With drinks and tip, total was around $25.The salad was fresh w/crisp lettuce.Breadsticks were hot and buttery.Soup was very good (according to her).Spaghetti & meatballs were very good (not my Grandmother's meatballs, of course, but better than most I've eaten at restaurants).Even though it was lunch portions, I still had enough left for another lunch.Service was great.Manager was very pleasant. At 2pm on a Wednesday, it was not crowded at all, but there was still about a 3 minute wait.It may have been due to spacing concerns, due to COVID, or just mid-day staffing issues... our waitperson was training two new staff.
Very empty tonight but the waitress was very nice and had awesome hair and a beautiful smile. Food was suuper, idk what they put in the chicken but it was mouthwateringly juicy. Went for our 2nd anniversary ❤️ so it was an overall great experience!
Food was good, waiter was better. No wait to be seated and food was fresh & flavorful. Probably one of the best Olive garden restaurants I've visted.
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would and it’s a shame because my family and I loved this restaurant. We ordered food today to go and got 3 salads that were frozen and soggy. The salad had been frozen. I am sure whoever packed it must HAVE seen that they were no long editable and should had been thrown away and remade NOPE they put it in my bag. We got 2 soup and salad with bread sticks. And our son parm chicken with a salad. The extras we asked for wasn’t given to us. I call in after my husband returns from picking up and talk to the manager Matt whom was very rude and short. I told him i couldn’t bring it back due to my husband had to go to work that I could tomorrow and I could send him a picture today. I told him that the salad had been frozen it looked soggy and not editable. He told me that they wasn’t frozen. Basically arguing with me. I asked for a refund since the meal was ruined he told me he would give me a gift card through my email after we hang up. He sure did a $15 gift card which didn’t cover half of what was ruined. I also loved how when on the phone with my husband at time of pick up the girl that brings the food out is basically begging my husband for a tip! Pressuring him to tip her! Definitely need to get better customer service at this restaurant! I called corporate and they took care of me! Hopefully things get better will be a long long time if we do decide to return!**** UPDATE**** March 10, 2022I called guest relations and they told me that they would refund me on 2/26 and they have not! I had to call back into them yesterday and request a refund yet again. I am NOT very happy about this situation at all and I will NEVER eat at your restaurant ever again! Very dissatisfied customer!Give me my money!!****update**** March 11, 2022Thank you Linda from guest relations for reaching out to me and taking care of this matter.
worst service. she had no idea with anything on the menu. food was remade 3 times and everytime more incorrect than what i had asked for. come time to pay she took off the main meal which was a create your own pasta with crispy chicken frita. but continued to charge me for the chicken parm that she brought out in replace of even though that was not what i had asked for. so after 45 mins of waiting i still never got the right order and the pasta was ice cold. not sure if we’ll be back.
Terrible service! Took 20 minutes for someone to come on the phone and take my order. Pick up time was 6:15. Got there at 6:10 and checked in. Watched all the cars that were there get their food and then watched all the cars that pulled in after them get their food. Finally called at 6:35 to see what was going on. Was told they were waiting for an item....couldn't tell me what! Finally at 6:50 our order came out. (35 minutes after promised pick up time) Got home and my order was wrong....did not get what I ordered. Contacted them twice and it's now been a week later and still have not heard back from them. I really expected more out of this restaurant.
