I would never recommend service or employment from the establishment. Rude and uncaring and completely unprofessional.
The new $3 sandwich is delicious and it's about time they added the bagel back to the morning menu, of course the ice cream machine is broken again I am so tired of McDonald's and they're broken ice cream machine or the rundown milkshake machine I could literally cry. The girl at the window had a little bit of an attitude and you could tell that the manager had had enough of her but overall it was four stars out of five because I know how it is to deal with customers and that's why I don't work on that note have a great day and God bless and remember be nice to others you never know what another person is going through
I waited over 10 minutes for my order and I called inside to remind them I was there. After 15 minutes of waiting they came out and forgot part of the order so I had to wait even longer.The workers at the drive through were acting like I was an inconvenience to them. Will never go to this location again.
This McDonalds I'm not crazy about the people there are really have smart attitudes and the lady in the drive through was just so rude.
Do not eat at this McDonald’s. We were there last night and our drinks tasted like a chemical was in it. The girls that were working were rude and my 9 year old had a stomach ache after drinking her soda. Don’t take a chance with this place , very disrespectful employees.
My wife and I went to this McDonald's and the kaos was horried but that awesome crew in there got it handled they was like well oiled machines in there even short handed they apologized to customers and got it done freaking Awesome Crew. Thank you team Ken Miranda

i came in today 2/9/22 at about 4:30pm. The service was slow and they wouldn’t take my order. They made me put my own order in and wouldn’t promo my order like they should have as i had a coupon for a free meal. I was trying to ask for sauce at the counter and was just ignored until a lady came up and refused to give me what i asked for. we had 3 meals and a lot of fries, nuggets, and burgers all of which we wanted to dip in ranch. we simply asked for 10 packets which we would’ve given at our location. they would only give us 5. They also didn’t give me a fork for my cinnamon roll which was not warmed up, it was cold. extremely disappointed as a mcdonald’s employee from a different location. that would NEVER slide at the one i work at.
It was ok they need to treat their Associates good that way they have people to work for them so we can go back in and eat in the restaurant
We went to Eisenhower Dr first, dine in is ONLY kiosk order. Don't like the kiosk. We had to wait until someone could help us. We left!! We went to carlisle St. They were kiosk only but someone did wait on us. Why do we have to do their job? At least have one person to help us that are kiosk dumb
