Poor service, doesn't give the whole order, always on their phone, always messing around.

Line was to the street. The instructions they gave the doordash site are wrong. The arches are always on. I ended up having to get back in the drive thru line after finding out that their instructions are wrong & the store was closed. It made me lose time. Time is money doing deliveries. Unacceptable!
We waited 30 minutes to get our food. The happy meal didn't have the apple slices and drink. By by time we got our food we were almost done with our special order drinks. Waiting with a toddler who hungry was the worst experience to have when your child hungry. Service was so disorganized. Plus my family's were from out of town.
Napkins with food usually helps js. I think the drive thru girl needed her hearing aid adjusted..food was good though, and I like the 24-7 option
Absolutely ridiculous. Not like it used to be. My sister and I ordered food as separate meals because of hockey ticket deals, she got her food, while I’ve been kept waiting for 15+ minutes with workers running up to one another, standing on phones, and just not focusing on the customers except the drive thru. As I’m typing this one goes on break. Definitely the last time I’ll be here. Again. As I’m typing this a worker flings the F bomb. Might as well goto the RXR tracks and eat ballast. I mean. I work retail and I get waits, but at least acknowledge your customers if they’ve been waiting. Just gonna goto the MT. Top location from now on.
I ordered 2 big macs and a happy meal, the microphone was cutting, the person in the drive, rambled with no signal and when I got to the window this is what happened, first and last time, it hurts. 2 sandwiches separately and fries at an extra price, because their signal does not work, their service is more mediocre.cold fries, sandwich not fresh.
They always get my coffee right and when I have an issue they never hesitate to fix it. People are good to people who are good to them. Give respect and you will receive it back!
Burgers where hot and so where the fries. Lady who took our order was absolutely lovely. Restaurant and bathroom in great shape. Very clean.
I ordered today a spicy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular crispy chicken sandwich,and this isn’t the first time they have done this.horrible customer service,and they barely gave me any fries when I asked for a medium.
