Probably a good place to eat for a group of 4 or less.We had 6 adults and 7 kids, which they could not handle.Waitress seemed upset to have to deal with a large group.Steaks were not cooked to order. If I'm going to pay $30 for a steak I do expect it to be cooked as ordered!Maybe Texas Road House can handle big groups?
Just ordered to go, spent over $105, and gave them a generous tip for a pick-up order. We ordered 2 NY strips medium, and 2 6oz sirloins med, the sirloins were ok they we're just cold, but the NY strips looked like the soles of sandals, cooked beyond well done, yet somehow they were still freezing cold, (we got there early and only live 5 minutes away). I'm assuming they were steaks that we're rejected by dine-in customers and they tried to pass them off to a take-out. Either way I will never order OR dine-in here ever again. This is the third bad order in a row for us, we we're very patient, thanks but no thanks. No idea what happened to these guys, they used to be very reliable and worth the expense, not anymore...
Dinner was awesome..my 70 the Birthday with my brothers and family 3/24
It was my parents' 63rd anniversary and the wait staff and manager made sure my parents were well taken care of; they not only congratulated my parents, they took the time to make conversation with my parents about their special day. My parents were beaming. The food, as usual, was delicious, but what made the evening so special was the staff.
Honestly disappointing! Two entrees, neither one even close to the menu portions. My steak looked more like a blood transfusion than the medium ordered, and the part that really surprised me is that our server was not surprised in the least. We were also surprised by the incredibly long wait between waiting for our server in the first place, and the long wait for our food to arrive after ordering. They were not busy at all. Definitely going back to Texas Roadhouse- we gave Longhorn a shot, and they blew it.
Great steak, but not very many types of steaks to choose from and limited on types of side dishes.
Had a simply fantastic experience at this restaurant. The server was excellent. Quick, efficient, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the wings as an appetizer. The burgers phenomenal and of course, so are their steaks. The only thing that prevented them from getting five stars was the attitude of the hostess when we walked in. She treated us as if we were doing her a favor by being there.
Excellent food & service, impressed with this Longhorn location! Our server Kayla was super friendly, very attentive & on point. We ordered perfect margarita, tonion, strawberry & feta salad, salmon with brussel sprouts, & filet with loaded potato...everything came out hot & absolutely delicious!! Will definitely be returning to the Hanover Longhorn!
The Rib Eye stakes dinner was delicious and the Longhorn Old fashione makes you want to get another and to the finish chocolate cheese cake and the coffee was fresh Server Katrina outstanding friendly I will ask for her again as I was leaving staff very friendly with a thank you and a good night
My first visit to this chain. The parking is adequate and the entrance area is well maintained. I was amazed of the quality and variety of menu items since thinking it was primarily a meat eatery. The waitress was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Another added compliment to this facility is the bathroom which is clean, well maintained and intimately comfortable - especially the handicap stall. I will return to try another non-meat dish.
