Not sure what's happening there.But the last 3 times (believe in 2nd chances )The worst food ever.Chicken looked days or weeks old ..dried up ! :(
Waited in drive thru line for 45 min but food was good.
This will be the last time we go to KFC! Overpriced for what you get. Ordered one 5 dollar two piece box with an extra side of cole slaw and the cost was over $10.Chicken pieces were very small! Done with KFC!!!!!
Ordered online. Went to store to pick up at the estimated arrival time. Was told they have no eta on when they can make the food and to wait outside. Waited 25 minutes. Walked back in and still no eta. Ended up canceling the order.
STAY AWAY! Currently the Worst drive-thru in Hanover, and this is not hyperbole. Just to give you a peek into the horribleness that is this location, twice in a row they take my order, my money, and THEN tell me at the window that they cannot give me a 3 piece extra crispy meal. Not enough chicken, apparently. What in the world? Also, keep in mind, I waited for over 20 minutes in line both times. Tell me beforehand that you cannot fill even the most basic of orders and I will go elsewhere with my time and money.
PATHETIC. Got the meal for $35total, Gerry home and it's total embarrassment for Col. Sanders. Sharing the pic of the "sides": 2 half-full containers of mashed, a teeny container 1/2 full of gravy for those potatoes, cole slaw a little over half-full. I can tell you no more of our hard-earned cash will be spent there again. This is the SECOND time they have been "a bit lacking" in the food they charge you that kind of money for. Weis Markets had chicken that is just as good, for a price that is actually worth what you get - I wouldn't even give KFC ONE star if i didn't have to, but there is no NEGATIVE star...

Classic and spicy chicken sandwiches are pretty good, tenders are ok. Bowls are good also
We order KFC all the time. We never had issues with ordering. They refused to give us the sides we wanted and then proceeded to tell us they didn’t have enough chicken while we watched them put more chicken in as they pulled out 6 racks of chicken. They also were very rude with us. They tried to rack up the price so much more than what it actually says on their board and online.
In the time of record jobs available everywhere including KFC. Only 4 people were working to fill both pick up and drve-in orders. The order online app socks, the time given for pick up was 5:30, it was 6:15 till order was ready! I sure hope those working are being given extra due to the high volume of traffic they are seeing!
