they could improve by when they make a mistake, ow ing up to it and actually refunding money. over 2 hours for delivery and losing the order twice. thats ridiculous. wouldn't recommend anyone do business here. all they had to do was offer a refund. instead they acted like everything was a joke
We used to live their pizza, but in the last year, it seems they changed their recipes. Also, we ordered 3 large pizzas with 2 toppings each and 2 salads and it came to $70+. We will wait till the supply chain opens up again and see if there is a difference.
Decided to try this place out a few weeks ago , and so very glad that I did . I’ve always been a huge white pizza lover , so decided on that.Their white pizza is probably one of the best I’ve ever eaten, plus it was still hot on delivery and the ingredients were very fresh . We will definitely be eating from this restaurant in the near future!
Generally dependable in the quality and portions. Better when the owners are present tho. Can still get pizza by the slice. The Sicilian pizza is delicious, the meatball Parm loaded with meatballs and flat out delicious.
Good pizza but the customer service and the restaurant as a whole has gone downhill. I've been a customer for over 30+ years. It's sad to say I'm moving on to greener pastures.

Placed an order online at 2:30pm for a 4:30pm pick up. Got a call saying my order was ready at 3…. I pointed out my pick up time and they were like “oh yeah”. Picked up my pizza at 430 and it was burnt and soggy. It was clearly reheated and sat for over an hour.
Ordered two extra crispy pizzas which neither were. It was actually as if I ordered pizzas from two totally different places. One was edible and the other was nod. The cheese has slide from the pizza to the corner of the box. Absolutely disgusting. Fries were soggy and ketchup packets leaked everywhere - not at all worth $4. Quality is totally gone from here and won’t be back. Will be sticking g to Brother’s bc they are at least consistent. Disappointed.
Not sure what happened, but ever since Jerry passed, I've only had pizza here ONCE that tasted truly like his pizzas did! They aren't cooking them long enough for the crisp taste! Please, fix this! Been coming here for pizza since I was a little one.
