Food was very good. We had a very large group that they are not really set up for , but they did a fantastic job of taking care of all of us .
We stopped in and got the lunch special with the half sub,fries and drink. It was 8.00 and something. They dont go cheap on the fries and i got a curly fry,instead of the regular french fries. I got the italian sub and i loved it. The bread was the best around and i got it with oil and vinegar. The mixture of oil and vinegar is great. The only downfall is the amount of meat that comes on it but that is expected with how expensive everything has gotten. The taste of the sub is easily the best in hanover. The service was great as well. The employees are super friendly. Its easy to see that they are happy with their job. Great job and thank you.
Disappointing. Pizza was cold, the wings tasted like ketchup and the sub was bread with a little bit of meat. Appetizers were good but not worth the money.
Great food and great delivery drivers. Favorite food place for pizza. Always arrives hot but not too hot where it would burn you. Perfect amount of sauce and the che.ese is great. The pizzas are never greasy and it keeps you full and doesn't give you stomach problems hours later. Prices are good for what you get because the food is 10/10. The wings are flavourful and you can get a wild variety of flavors and spices. Delivery drivers are even great when kids answer the door and even when there is a huge dog in the house. Me and my cousin love food from here. No flaws at all about anything in my experience of getting food from this restaurant and the pizza is the best around. Go here if you want great food and great customer service!
Best sub rolls in Hanover! Being able to order half subs is very nice. They have high prices than most pizza places in Hanover but I fully believe they know their worth.
ALWAYS reliable! On time, great quality and generous toppings on pizza as well as generous meat and such on subs. They bake their own bread which makes everything that much better! Their pastas are completely customizable. My personal favorite of the pastas is the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms. Customer service is always courteous and helpful on the phone. The drivers are always on point and they always meet special requests. Sometimes I have kids sleeping so they call when they arrive in order to not make my dogs bark and wake up any little ones. I order from them a lot so the one time a driver mixed up my order with another customer wasn't really a big deal. They couldn't take the food back so our family and the other customer got to keep the wrong order while they very quickly rushed out the correct order.Customer satisfaction and loyalty is important to them. If you are not happy with the way your food arrives, they act very quickly to assure that you are 100% satisfied.They are also very good to loyal customers. Every year I get a Christmas card from them. Depending on the amount of money I have spent with them throughout the year, I receive gift cards within that Christmas card. I am a loyal customer who orders regularly and sometimes I have very large orders. The past few years I have received $100 worth of $25 gift cards in my Christmas card from them. What other business do you know, especially locally, who shows such appreciation to their customers? They definitely know how to keep us coming back!
My children and I recently moved to the area and had never been here before. I come in on Christmas Eve and they were so busy. I am greeted by the boy at the register and pay for my items. While waiting a woman is bringing out orders one by one and calling out the names for them. Once I am the last one standing she comes out and asks me my name to check on my order and when she comes back she tells me it’s almost ready. We start chatting and she introduces herself as an owner of the company. I have worked in the food industry in the past for well over a decade and was comforted to find this owner getting her hands dirty, on a holiday to help keep things moving. She was kind to her employees and mentioned how important it was to her to make sure in a busy day like this they had all the help they could get. The owner was down to earth and easy to talk to. In all the hectic of the holidays it was such a breath of fresh air To converse with a smiling face. As for a product review? We ordered cheesesteaks and oh my god. No hesitation from me, this is where I will be ordering our food from in the nights I don’t want to cook. It was so good and the bread is amazing.
I want to speak up for Genova’s here, because they have one of the best pizza recipes I’ve ever tasted. I’ve never had bad food, and the place is always really clean including the restrooms. Even the employees are good solid local youth vs slobs.In defense of this particular store, compare it to the other locations and you will see that there is some kind of thing going on with training or motivating the staff, or it might be that they are overloaded to the point that mistakes are inevitable. If you are doing pick up, and one location is getting slammed with business, check the others to help them do “load balancing.”If we keep dinging them publicly we might end up putting them into a downward spiral. Try just calling them to let them know in detail where they are messing up, and give them time to work with the staff to improve.You don’t find pizza recipes like this anymore. We need to support Genova’s!Out of 15 trips I might get one problem. I’ve actually been thinking to ask if they are franchising.

More then likely THE best pizza in Hanover…not greasy or over cooked. Delicious!
