The lady at the cash register was so moody and unfriendly. First face you see when you enter and she just makes you not want to eat there. The two blonde girls than were too busy gossiping to even listen to what was being asked of them. It is a rip off. $6.79 for half a small cup of fries.
Service is normally really fast and order is always right. Staff is always friendly as well.
It's five guys. Always good, always over priced. Folks at this one where cool, but they need to clean more. Tables dirty and trash overflowed.
We had 2 large cheeseburgers and they were excellent with fries !!! They were perfect !!!
Just got a small burger with just ketchup and small fry to go. I was very disappointed in my hamburger. I thought ALL the burgers are suppose to done the whole way through. My was rare. I was eating my food while someone was driving and I had to stop eating my sandwich till I got home to put in my microwave to finish cooking it. Of course the burger got very dry doing it that way so I got rid of it. So much for paying an outrages price for just a small sandwich and fry. With the price I won’t do this again. FIVE GUYS you lost my business.
We went there to eat on 2/05/2022 it was around 7:30pm this is first bad experience we ever had there. For one there was like 6 people worker there but only one person working. 2nd I cloud smell pot smoke combing from the back where the other 5 people was. Then 3nd another person come out to help make food put the food on the grilled and walks way and doesn’t tell the person there food in the fryer or on both side of the grilled so that one person I had to run the show again. My food was burnt to say and not that the person fault at all she was trying hard. 4th the place was dirty I mean dirty Stead of having people in the back doing nothing they should of been cleaning there is still pandemic. Who ever was in charge doesn’t know how to run a shift. I fault bad for the that person she was doing most of it on her own it made me want to jump in and help her and there was line people ordering food. I saw other people shaking there heads too. Definitely when standing there waiting for the food you just see the other people in the back just caring on.smh
In case you’re wondering… this is what $16 in French fries look like. The cups were not full, pretty hollow inside, and my husband even questioned it before leaving. We’ve been to plenty of other five guys elsewhere where the cups are over flowing with fries, so we thought 2 large fries would be plenty for 8 people, was not the case at all. Pretty disappointed!
These folks are great. Came in for a small bite to eat before bed, as truckers its very hard to find decent food half the time, but didn't realize they were about 10 minutes before closing. They were cleaning the grill and all. Not wanting to be 'those people,' we reluctantly went in and got our food. These people were amazing tonight. The girl behind the counter was super friendly (wish I had gotten her name, and she didn't look like a Justin, which is the name on the reciept) and very helpful. She didn't make us feel like we were any kind of burden for coming in so late, but instead treated us like we were super welcome. I wish I had more money to leave for them in their tip jar because they went above and beyond tonight and, if all the employees at 5 Guys are like this, then they may have made a customer for life.
Love it. But too expensive presently. We wNt go back for a while. ?
Great overall, but they are consistently skimpy with the amount of fries in comparison to other locations. I want that big scoop or two in the bag for $5.
