Good food. Waitress very nice, polite and efficient. Will go there again.
Was extremely busy when my husband and I arrived. The restaurant was full,and bustling. Due to there only being 1 server, the service wasn't the best. She was kept so busy that we waited for our beverages for about 20 minutes after the appetizers were delivered.We still tipped even though I was brought the wrong dish. The owner was so kind to remove $ from our bill. I still definitely endorse this eatery. If you don't try it you're missing out big time.
We ate here for the first time today and this place will be on our list for a repeat experience. BEST Mexican food that we have ever had. Great staff, great food. Large portions and very very good.
I ate here for the first time when my co-workers ordered lunch. It was so good that I told my family about it and we went back the next day for dinner. The employees were so sweet while I waited for my take out order. We will be back!
Upon coming to El Rancho with my daughter I saw that they had many good ratings and many great comments about the food and the environment there! The guacamole was THE BEST I have ever had by far. The best rice and beans. And great service. Everyone was beyond friendly. The food came out fast and hot! Amazing place!!

WATCH FOR UPCHARGES AND EXTRA CHARGES. Well this used to be my sister’s favorite place and I thought it was pretty good as well, until recently. We went there for dinner the other night and we were charged $9 for chips and salsa, $9 REALLY, I know they are not free but really?? We got another $4 upcharge for I suppose extra chips that were offered to us. Another issue was I ordered the tacos and in order to get a shrimp taco, I was forced to order two shrimp tacos. My bad for not seeing the $9 charge for chips and salsa on the menu, but forced to order 2 shrimp tacos (clearly not on the menu) and a $4 upcharge for extra chips(clearly not on menu). Well I hope you enjoyed the upcharges and extra charges as it will be the last one you will see from us for a very long time. If you want Mexican food I would recommend Montezuma in Gettysburg, where they take good care of you and don’t rake you over the coals.
Delicious food! A little pricey, but totally worth it. Their homemade ice cream is amazing. The waitress was so sweet. Best Mexican food in Hanover, hands down.
