We stopped in at the dunkin donuts in south hanover for the carmel craze latte and it was great. The service was fast and the drink was delicious. Thank you to the employees for making this a great trip. As far as the dunkin in north Hanover, i only stop in there to do deliveries for customers. The parking there is horrible and often, the drive thru is out into the street and causes an unsafe condition. Be careful yall.
I like getting the refreshers here. The coffee kind of tastes like water. The workers are nice.
I've been going to the one on Baltimore street Hanover for 15 years. Whenever they made a mistake, they would bring the items out to my car. Today they messed up my order. No big deal. I drive back around. Wait for the lady in the drive through window to finish up with a customer. Then tell her about the mistake. She was rude and nasty. Told me I'd have to come in and get it. I told her, you made the mistake and should send someone to bring it out. A young guy gets into the conversation and is equally nasty. Refusing to give me the franchise owners number. Never going back. I use to go 3x a week for 15 years. Sometimes more.
My $5 gift card only was worth $4.50. I gave the 5 dollar card and 3 dollars fo a $7.99 bill and owed .49. Tip I imagine
awful just awful, they couldn't put vanilla in my chai tea and they were all out of bagels. TERRIBLE LOCATION. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN
Daughter walked up to get some donuts, lobby closed, of course, even though just about all lobbies are open everywhere else. Whatever. I go pick her up and drive her to the drive through and was greeted with "we have very limited donuts." At the friggin' Dunkin Donuts, there's no donuts? Unlimited supply of $6 cups of brown, sugar water, but no donuts. Anybody want to buy $40 worth of dunkin giftcards? Because, apparently, unless you drink overpriced coffee flavored sugar drinks, these giftcards are useless.
Gets my simple coffee order wrong 8 out of every 10 trips. Med hot , 2 sweet and lows , 5 creams . Not really rocket science.
Cold food. Two tops to a on a sandwich. Stale donuts. Stale coffee. I admit they tried to put cream cheese on a bagel, but must have ran out of energy. The most pathetic work ethic is shown in their products given to the customer. Completely ridiculous and frustrating. Won’t be running on this Dunkin because it’s going in the trash.
Drive through service from the young lady was awful. She stood at the window talking to the manager and the other staff members about me and my kids. As they all turned (let’s make it obvious) when asked for the corporate number the Manager (Andrea) said she was not allowed to give that information out. I asked twice.
Always shutting down 30mins before time never wants to serve ppl
