The customer service here is above and beyond what I would expect at a chain pizza place, and they literally saved me from my own mistake. I made a mistake ordering because the app changed and I didn't notice (I was definitely on autopilot and I ordering with muscle memory). I ordered light sauce instead of no sauce, and my hangry toddler cannot eat sauce, which caused a nuclear meltdown level tantrum. I called and they offered to send me a replacement with no sauce, which saved me from an indescribable amount of suffering. I hope they know how cool that was and how much I appreciate it.
Super Bowl Sunday. Crazy busy. All hands on deck producing for the crowds at home.Staff was polite and handling the pressure well while I waited for my pizza.They do not have any room for pick-up customers.
Second order in 3 weeks that has the cheese totally slid off of the pizza. Second pizza had the lid caved in and the cheese on that pizza stuck to the lid. Forgot the Garlic dipping sauce. Frustrating as this is not the first time and getting it corrected is not worth the struggle. I know everywhere is short staffed and stressed but everyone wants to get what they paid for.
Delivery driver (Joshua) expects a tip although he cannot find my address which happens to be marked in big bold numbers over the front door. You want me to tip you for doing half your job? You are incompetent so I have to meet you not only on my front porch but across the street. Perhaps your mom should ride along and help you do your job just like she does everything else for you.
This Dominos always makes my order correct. My wife is super picky like the pickiest person you've ever met and our orders are always right and delicious!!
Ordered delivery and the bacon ranch chicken pizza smelled like gym socks. Opened it and the all the pizza toppings had slid to one side. The salad was upside down. Doesn’t seem like much care went into my order that went into the dumpster. The salad might be edible, looks like it doesn’t originate from this particular store.
Ordered 2 x recently, tiped online with the 1st order . My daughter who just got out of the hosp. After having been on oxygen for her and the baby due to COVID-19, having an emergency C-section and the baby being incubated in the NICU for days because ,she was premature... received a gift card for dominos from the hosp. They ordered pizza and the young lady who delivered, said to her " I hope there was a tip on that card you ordered from ." Very rudly and then just stood there . My daughter only had 10.00 to her name , and she gave it to the driver . I will NEVER order from Dominos EVER again!

Pizza is always hot when I get it.. very polite delivery people.
Love the team members! They are super nice and friendly. They are fast and I order through mobile app and they give me my food immediately and have great manners.
