My food was not even proper cook wings were not cook inside and the bottom of the pizza was worse. I’m very disappointed at the food treatment that people like me may have. I’m very angry at the service of you people cause I’m paying to get fresh and well cook food not uncooked food. 0/10 worse place. Not ordering again.
I think all of these people complaining are just big babies. There's staffing shortages (your food will probably run late), places are SWARMED around this area despite the shortages(your quality might suffer, get over it.), and also, its [email protected]+%$ DOMINOS. Do you really expect 100% perfect pizza all the time? No. No one should. Dominos is the pizza you order when it's late and you've given up. Grow up, guys. Estimated delivery time per website, ~28 minutes. Actual delivery time ~70 minutes.Watched delivery on tracker go to completely different side of neighborhood then return to store. Called store and they said it's policy driver's no longer get out of their vehicles "due to robberies," and that the driver attempted to call me but I did not answer. (I did miss a call as I was away from my phone, outside chipping away at some ice on the walkway.)Soon after disconnecting I received call from the driver stating GPS took them to a wrong address, despite having ordered to this location before and the online tracker showing correct location on map.I would like to add there was no offer of coupon or refund despite getting my very late, very cold food. This was Order# 898 placed on the same day of this review
Ordered a bowl of the Alfredo Stuffed cheesy bread with jalapeno habanero chicken sandwich asked for ranch sauce. And Memphis chicken pizza.Got marinara sauce, Alfredo was not even half filled could see the silver of bowl through noodles. Sandwich small portion. It all suck but pizza.Not worth $42 Not worth going there.Should concentrate on their food instead of free frees and mom pop gift cards
Each time I order Domino’s it’s as if the workers hate their job or just don’t care. Because my pizza and other items are always so sloppy, made wrong, or burnt. Like there are options to customize the pizza for a reason. Or so I thought.The service just keeps getting more and more poor each time I order. If it wasn’t for my son enjoying the food, I would definitely not order anymore. Or at least from the facility closest to me. I just want my order to be correct. I’m spending $50 plus per order, I expect it to be. I’m sure if they were ordering from somewhere they would want their food made properly.5 months ago. Poor customer service.
Often have food delivery from Domino's.Service and food is great. Very rarely do we have a problem. But when it does happen, they make it right!
The pizza was really bad even the cheesy bread was not up to par. 40 bucks was crazy
Avoid at all cost!!! I ordered online for delivery and I was watching to see where they were. When they said the driver was in my neighborhood I waited outside. 30minutes later I checked the app to see where they were and they said my delivery was completed? I called the office on San sui and a young girl answered. I asked where my order was and very snobby replied we were there and called no one answered? I told her nobody called and she got real ignorant. I then explained I was waiting outside phone in hand and she consist that she called. Whatever. I asked if they were bringing my food and told them they were here two nights ago and had no problem and her smart a** reply was it’s a new driver. These people answering phones very rude. Driver very d*** and the entire business is a joke.
Unfortunately I give your Domino's Pizza in Nanticoke, Pa. a negative rating. My wife's mother died and we were returning home from her residence which is about 150 miles away. It was late at night so our daughter called in an order which we picked up. So, we arrive at home and were missing two salads which were paid for. My daughter called and reported the mistake. The manager told her that the salads could be picked up at their location or we would receive in store credit. Today I proceeded to Domino's and spoke with the manager. She told me that I could have the salads now. If not, I would have to comeback at 8 o'clock tonight to talk to the manager who worked last night. So now I have to waste gas a second time to correct not only a mistake that Domino's made, but failed to correct when it happened. This is totally unsatisfactory. Upon discovering their mistake last night, the salads should've been delivered to us at our home.
Honestly I have to stop ordering from this dominoes. It’s been very horrible lately. The dough of the pizza doesn’t rise or something and everything seems undercooked. Certainly not getting what I pay for. Need to stop going for fast and start ordering from somewhere with quality!!!!! Very disappointing. Pictures don’t look very appetizing do they! Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere, I am!
