First time here. I got a two meat plate with a Cesar salad and Barbecue beans. The meat was very dry that 1/2 of it was hard. The barbecue beans were clearly the ones straight out of a can. Bland and no meat in them unlike the Mechanicsburg location. Very disappointed to say the least. Dickey’s is my favorite place to eat, but this location just did not compare to Mechanicsburg location.
Tender brisket, chicken, and pork barbeque generous portions, sweet sides, beer and mixed drinks on site, and most of all, good music on Fridays.
Updated: Last time I ordered I got plastic in my chopped brisket, decided to order again last night and they forgot biscuits and my walking taco! Every time it’s a issue ordering from them and having it delivered via delivery service. They don’t answer the phone when you call and Uber eats hasn’t received a response about any of the issues after they “contacted” the store as well. The “Owner” as stated by Google, replied to my review 2 months ago and put their email here, well I have never received a reply back from this email about this concern. Honestly what a joke.
Great food! Smelled it from target parking lot and had to get some. 3 meat platter, Brisket, burnt ends, and chicken. Sides are great too, my kids love this place
I have to say these are some of the best ribs I've ever had. Everything was edible off the bone. No gristle. Very well trimmed.
Out of Kielbasa but no shortage of rude staff.
Been here a few times and always trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, however there's multiple issues with this location. They are severely understaffed. always only 2 people working (the same people each time) who act disinterested in working there. always out of multiple products, this time chicken, potatoes, and burnt ends not ready at 2 pm. meat is always plated and sitting before fries are even dropped when ordered as a side. the only good thing is kids eat free Sundays but is it even worth it?
I actually set out to get a burrito from their neighboring business, but they were “online orders only”, so I tried Dickies. I’m glad I did. The two women working the counter were fast and friendly. I ordered the cubano sandwich with mac n cheese and baked beans for sides. I tried both their regular and spicy bbq sauces, the spicy wasn’t that hot, but really good. The sandwich was loaded and delicious. The sides were good also. I was stuffed. I’m glad the burrito joint was closed, as I had an outstanding lunch!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT! Ordered dinner from here this evening, placed order online and paid, picked a 35min pick up time from time of order being placed. Drove 20min to pick up, order was being finished and bagged upon us arriving. No line or other customers waiting. There were 3 sets of customers seated and eating when we arrived at 7pm. Ordered 3 loaded baked potatoes with meat option. 1 sandwich platter with 2 sides. And 1 meat platter with 2 sides. An 2 additional sides. Received order, I asked the gentleman who handed us our order if everything was there. He looked over receipt and said yes, everything looks to be correct. We left, drove 20 min back home to eat. Arrived at home to unbag food… much to our surprise that all 3 potatoes had no toppings and no meat, missing the sandwich platter meal and 2 sides, and missing 2 of the remaining 4 sides ordered. Attempted to call the store… no answer. Called 3 additional times, no answer. We drove back out to store. Attempted to call one more time before arriving and a gentleman answered, explained what happened, he said they were out of a lot of toppings and offered refund. I accepted refund and said we would be there in a few minutes because of no answer we decided to drive back out. I requested the meat for our potatoes and he said absolutely not, I gave you a refund. Got to store, to pick up confirmation receipt of refund. At this time the lady at the bar started to chime in about how she didn’t think it was a big deal we were missing a few dollars worth of meat! I began to explain its one thing to tell the customer if your out of an item when picking up. But it’s another to have the majority of your order missing and wrong!! Josh the manager, and this lady were both extremely rude and disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE!
Food tasted great and the offer affordable daily specials. Don't look at this as a chain restaurant (even though it is), the food is all prepped and smoked by restaurant. You won't be disappointed if you like pitt-style food.
