We ordered burrito bowls today. I got the wrong rice and every topping was missing except cheese. Including the extra we paid for guac. I can see accidentally missing one topping….but literally every topping? I got a bowl of the wrong rice, chicken, and cheese. That’s it. How does this even happen? Pretty pathetic.

Usually have no problems but when I walk in on my time to pick up it's not ready 4 other customers waiting .. as there are 3 people cleaning around food with chemicals, talking and standing around and only 1 employee that was making all the food for all the customers. It's 2 hours before closing. And the reason behind why Not one of those 3 were helping her out???? It's a team ? effort! Do better! Props to the young lady that was preparing all the food.

We arrived a little after 2:00 pm, and we're informed their hours are actually 10:45 to 2:00 pm. No sign on the door, no change on the website. They are essentially open for 3 hours. I'm posting this review so people are aware. Staffing issues, so they can't stay open.

Chipotle is inherently hit or miss, but this one just misses way more than it seems to hit. Consistent problems with slow or wrong orders, not the best quality, and it always feels like this location is understaffed compared to others I’ve seen

We ordered two bowls tonight online because a hand written note was on the door “online orders only” on came semi correct with crunchy rice the other had nothing at all correct. Rice was hard none of the things ordered where in it plus they used the hottest sauce instead of mild as ordered.

The WORST experience! The place was filthy, the employees were unprofessional, dropping F bombs left and right. After driving 30 minutes, we were told we had to order online. We stood in the restaurant and ordered from our app. After finally getting our food and getting out to our car, we realized they forgot our two large orders on chips. We went back in, at which point we were told they had no chips. Why they didn’t tell us when we picked up our food is ridiculous. We asked for a refund, at which point they told us we had to contact customer support. Needless to say, still don’t have our money back because the online customer support is a joke. On top of it, I got home to eat, and noticed my chorizo bowl had no Chorizo. Save your money! This place is a complete disaster and they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Ordered food online two days ago. When I went to pick up doors were locked and no one was working. My credit card was charged. I tried calling corporate customer service, they have no live person to talk with about charge. Emailed the online email with no response. Had to dispute charge through my bank. Totally unacceptable that the location website accepts orders and charges for orders that aren’t made due to no employees. DO BETTER!!

Ordered food on the website today. Went to go pick it up and no one showed up to work. All the doors were locked. It was 1pm. Still got charged for my order though. Worst management. The place is always dirty.

The food is always delicious but our last two visits they were out of the vinaigrette. This is a deal breaker since we always order the salad. Someone should be in charge of making sure they are well stocked.

5 days in advance I ordered the "build your own; triple" for 10 which was $140 on the catering menu. When my husband arrived home with the box, it contained only meat, shells, queso and guacamole. None of the other items I ordered were included or ones listed on the menu that came with the package and which I had selected. No lettuce, none of the 3 kinds of salsas that were to be included, no shredded cheese, no fajita mix, no chips, no rice (supposed to be 2 kinds), no beans. Nothing. We couldn't make tacos or the taco salad. The Manger told me I had to take my complaint to the corporate support line. No remedy, saying he was busy, there were only 2 cooks there, and when I expressed my dismay requesting a refund for the items not received he refused. Hung up on me.What restaurant sells you a huge make your own tacos for $140 and then gives you less than half of the items ordered? So if you are planning a party, don't order from here
