We love the empanadas; fresh at the market or frozen to enjoy later, you can't go wrong!
Ate there twice in the past two days, once for their Saturday breakfast and again at their table at Fat Bat. Absolutely recommend. Had their quiche yesterday, cooked perfectly and had buttery, flaky crust. Today I grabbed dinner for the family, 8 empanadas (4 Jamaican, two taco, and two ham and cheese). The empanada dough was delicious, super flaky, and all the fillings were seasoned beautifully. Personal favorite was the Jamaican. Their chimichurri was excellent as well.
Chef Amey's empanadas are very authentic to Argentina. My husband lived there four 2 years and these are some of his favorites in the US. She makes them all from scratch and has a wide variety of flavors. You can buy them cooked or ready to bake for later. She also makes her own chimichurri. Thanks for the great food Amey.
Delicious empanadas, quiche, and more! There's a delightful flavor for everyone. This place makes a great stop for something quick and light, or larger meal if you're hungry! If you're at the Markets of Hanover, this place is a must try.
