Food was nasty and a waste of money. My fish sandwich was hard as a rock onion rings cold and hard chicken sandwich cold hard. The only thing edible was the burger never ever eating there again. The worst part was they had more then enough time to make fresh food because we ordered threw uber eats. They just don't care. Don't waste your money. They should be ashamed to send food out to there customers like what was given to me.

stopped in on a Friday at lunch to find out they don't have any whoppers. Come on BK not having whoppers what a joke. asked for a receipt an yes they don't have any reciept paper either. Had to get a chicken sandwich which I had to through away because it was under cooked in the middle. place is a joke. They need to just shut the place down. Will never go there again

Ordered food online and money came out of my bank account. Got to the restaurant and it was closed at 5 on a Friday night. Had to call the 800# to get a refund which is going to take 3-5 business days. I'm so irritated I could scream.

Drive thru employee got my order wrong and did not give a receipt..and walked away. I had to go back through drive thru and manager was rude and said I need to have a receipt next time... In a nasty tone.

Just ordered a whopper meal. Burger was good but the fries were absolutely disgusting, no exaggeration. They were cold and either chewy like rubber or hard like croutons. If they were under a warmer they better check the temp. I would bet they had been sitting there since lunch.

Slooowww...and, forgot the onion rings i paid for..smh

Food was cold. Chicken sandwich was hard , over cooked. Bun was stale. Highly disappointed.

Horrible customer service!!! The last two times I purchased food from this Burger King they have asked me to wait (I don't mind) first time I waited 34 min. I asked usmf the fries were hot the employee replied yes the they are, the weren't they were refrigerator cold. I had to wait 10 more minutes. 2nd time I only had to wait 10 min. I recieved my fries cold again. I tried calling to complain (store wasn't openers and a long line outside) emplyee was rude and hung up on me. Tried calling again and I was hung up on without them answering 3 times. They will not get my business agai .

The lobby was filthy, which was obvious upon entry. After waiting about 4 minutes for the staff to stop talking and joking amongst themselves in the drive thru, I asked if I could place an order. I was told to "chill, bro. We're open allll day.", which begat another round of raucous laughter from his coworkers. At this point I left, dreaming of the day kiosks replace retail clerks at fast food joints. I won't be returning.

If I could give no stars I would. It wasn't the food that was bad but the service. I walked in and tanked them for having their store open because it had been a while then the employees started to belittle me and make fun of me by copying things I had said. I very up set for how I was not treated like a person.
