Went there for the first time a couple weeks ago with my girl and one of the grandkids, I won't be back.The food is, in my never-to-be humble opinion, way overpriced. They're not exactly serving gourmet cuisine there. Anytime we asked our waiter for anything he would say I got you, then"forget". I have an idea, I know this is thinking outside of the box, but try writing it down.
I ate there last night and it was horrible, I got the Buffalo chicken salad which says on the menu it is chicken wedges , it was a whole piece of chicken not cut or in wedges over Romain lettuce which out side of lettuce was fine the inner was Slimy I spoke my waiter about iy and nothing was done I asked if it was reported to a manager she said yes but they said that was weird and four other people with me as you know I do not eat the salad!!! Nothing was done about it either, I checked out around 8:12 Believe my server & Manager should have handle it better!
There was 7 of us and the waitress was pleasant and fast. I recommend this place.
Friendly staff. I visited here a couple times with coworkers as we were in town several weeks. I only went during later hours around 9-10pm. So, it was never crowded around those times though people were still putting in orders whether in person or online. So the food was made to order the wait time was around 20 mins which was pretty reasonable.I would get the All American Cheeseburger and added Potato Wedges for an additional price. The meal comes with regular skinny fries. The food was fresh, hot a little salty but good. 2 burger patties was worth the price. The bar staff is also cool, friendly and attentive even late nights.One time I even had an issue with ordering online, as I completed the order I had no confirmation that it was complete only that the money was gone from my card. I went inside and they did not have my order in their order system. The manager came out and immediately corrected the issue, took my order and gave me my food. Satisfied with not too much of a hassle.And of course TVs for your gaming desires. So, if you're in the area and are tired of the fast food burgers check them out. Worth the couple extra dollars.
We had a great time! The food was fresh and tasted very good! The fried pickles are a must in my opinion. The burgers are delicious and the boneless wings are a fabulous
Would be super awesome if I didn't have to order my same food 3 times in a row, on more than one occasion, because it came completely incorrect the first 2 times. Happens any time we order delivery, sometimes even pickup. Even if we call about it (politely). Super frustrating when you're really hungry and have to wait longer :/.
gross, the JUMBO wings were smaller than 5cm long. also very dry. doesn't doordash well.
Service was slow. With no one in the building. Wings were really good tho
I love Buffalo wild wings and was so disappointed at this location. My 17 yr old daughter wanted to go here for her birthday. We went as a family and each one of our dishes came out separately and by the time our whole party had their food it was all cold. When asked about why they were not coming out together the manager began making excuses and refused to remake the food to come out together. We asked for extra celery and carrots which we paid for but only got 2 celery sticks and 6 carrots. We were given blue cheese 3 times when we asked for ranch. Again the manager continued to make excuses. My 7 yr old daughter recieved a burger that was still pink inside and began throwing up. All this was explained to the manager who continued to make excuses and refused to make my daughter's birthday dinner decent. I will never reccomend this location to anyone.
waitress was rude, had an attitude, and kept bumping into a family members multiple times and threw our to go bags into salsa then got an attitude when we asked for another bag. we had a table of 10 and when she asked for how many boxes we asked for 8 and she yelled EIGHT and rolled her eyes
