Awesome ice cream, but I went to this place and politely asked if they take apple pay( because that’s the only money I had at the time) and the owner *I believe* started such a scene as if I had asked a sin of a question. Rude customer service…

Honestly the ice cream was good, but the service just was not it tonight. I’m unsure if the lady working register should be handling customers at all with her bad attitude.
The ice cream selection (Turkey Hill) could be better, but the Deep Dark Chocolate was actually pretty good. Prices are in line with other shops, and the shaved ice menu is very large and full of variety.There is a nice vinyl swing set out back for the children, and plenty of outdoor seating. The owner definitely tries to make it family friendly and pleasant outside. It’s a shame nobody can enjoy the decorations inside but it is what it is.The location is wonderful for people who live on the south end of town. Hopefully this place stays open for many more years.
This place is fantastic! If you've never been here it is definitely a place for you to try. I have been going here since I was two or three years old with my parents. Needless to say that was 30 years still the same owner and he has a great menu. I think the best part about big Dippers was the interior design. With the full size bumper car and all the 50s 60 70 80s theme unfortunately since covid hit the inside is no longer accessible to customers
Best ice cream around, and affordable for the entire family!
I visited on my way home from work and enjoyed the ice cream (as always) but was shocked at the way I was spoken to by an older gentlemen working at one of the windows. I made a mistake thinking that I ordered at one window and picked up my order at the window next to it. I accidentally grabbed someone else’s identical order (my fault, I apologized immediately, it was busy) the other person just laughed and said it was ok. When the older gentlemen who took my order heard, he looked at me rolled his eyes and told me to ‘pay attention’ and ‘you have to be kidding me’ in an exasperated tone. I was a little shocked, it was a mistake on my part, and I acknowledge that, but was the comment and eye rolling really necessary? I don’t think I will visit again, plenty of equally good ice cream places around the area.
The older gentlemen who took our order was very rude, seemed irritated.
