Went through the drive-thru order two meals. First one was right the second was wrong. Ordered both meal with curly fries got one crinkled and one curly. I told the guy in the window it was wrong they had to drop more curly fries. So this wasn't a mistake it was on purpose. My sandwich was supposed to be a turkey and Swiss but got a turkey bacon ranch. This place has gone down hill.

Staff is absolutely wonderful! Best service I've ever gotten, and the GM (I think) a girl named Tiffany really we t out of her way to make sure myself and the other patrons had a pleasant experience. It was also close to c losing time and I m sure the staff was tired because you can see how hard they work, but they never showed it a bit, they were kind and fast as if the dY just started. Just really cool to know some people still care. I hope they know some people still really appreciate kindness, and see how hard they work!!

I am not one to give a negative review but these people are special. Our interaction began at the drive through being yelled at because I requested a receipt. No receipt paper. Asked for signed written receipt, things went off the rails. Worker refused to give me their name. Said no manager onsite. Said she was not a manager. Called store on other side of town to find out this screaming crazy woman was the GM. advised to call corporate which I did. All of our interaction was witness by my passenger and my husband on the phone. If you want Arbys in Hanover II suggest you go to Eisenhower drive. Friendly courteous staff. Food is the same arby's you like. They have receipt paper and straws.

Absolutely pathetic experience!!! My entire order was wrong. I ordered a French dip, got a beef and cheddar. Wife got a chicken sandwich with no tomato or mayo, got a chicken sandwich WITH tomato and mayo. Ordered my 4 year old a turkey slider, she got a roast beef. Ordered an extra roast beef slider with jalapeño, but got a roast beef with no jalapeño, and the bread was soggy and basically non-existant. I asked for Mello Yellow, they're out. Wife asked for Orange soda, they're out. Tried to order a drink for my 4 year old, they have no white milk., chocolate milk, apple juice, or bottled water. Tried to call into the restaurant, and nobody would answer. Went into the restaurant to ask for my money back, and the people had locked the door early. When I tried to tell them my entire order was wrong, I was told to come back tomorrow as they were closed. I've given this branch of Arby's enough chances, and this is by far the worst of many horrible experiences I've had here. Will never go back, and honestly would recommend they just close it. This place always looks empty, and with better places around, who would want to pay $30 for subpar food they didn't even order?

Brought 4 different meals and bread was stale, food cold, cheese wasn't even melted and no reciept in bag. Have people visiting from out of town and they were raving about there are Arby's in their area kind of makes you feel what in the world just happened here cause the Arby's on the South side of Hanover has always been good but the last 2 times we've been there they have been pretty bad And they don't even have a phone so you could tell them. What more information do you want?

We went there with free meal coupons due to a prior issue, months ago. The coupon said it was free due to a mistake. We ordered 2 beef and cheddar combos with the coupons. You would think that they see the coupon and make sure everything is great,right? Nope. The food came out accurate and after waiting 15 minutes or so for it, we unwrapped the sandwich, took a bite and the meat was cold. Im not saying room temperature, im saying cold. The taste was ok but between the roll and cold meat, it was off. I wont be going back again.

I WENT TO DRIVE THRU WAITED ALMOST 20 MIN, JUST TO GET MY ORDER TAKEN. I ORDERED THE 2 FOR 6 FISH SANDWICHES, 2 MAC&CHEESE, AND 1 MED COKE. WHEN I GET TO WINDOW TO PICK UP ORDER WAS TOLD THEY WERE WAITING ON FISH SO I HAD TO PARK OUT FRONT AND THEY WOULD BRING ME MY ORDER. AFTER ANOTHER 8 MINUTE WAIT MY ORDER CAME OUT. I OPENED BAG TO FIND ONLY 1 MAC & CHEESE. SO I WENT INSIDE AND TOLD THE EMPLOYEE THAT I ORDERED 2 AND ONLY RECEIVED 1. HE CHECKED HIS RECEIPT (CAUSE I WASNT GIVEN A RECEIPT) AND TOLD ME I ONLY PAID FOR 1. I SAID OK THEN I WANT TO ORDER ANOTHER MAC & CHEESE. HE SAID OK AND I PAID FOR IT. HIS MANAGER YELLED FROM BEHIND THE BACK WHERE SHE WAS PREPPING FOOD AND SAID I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANOTHER MAC&CHEESE. THE EMPLOYEE TOLD HIS MANAGER THAT I JUST PAID FOR ANOTHER ONE. THE MANAGER TOLD HIM THAT HER BOSS TOLD HER THAT BECAUSE PRODUCT WAS LOW I COULD NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER ONE AND REFUND MY MONEY. I SAID TO THE MANAGER (WHO WOULDNT SHOW HER FACE ONLY YELLED OUT) WHY CANT I BE A NEW CUSTOMER COMING IN TO PURCHASE A MAC & CHEESE? SHE SAID NO I COULD ONLY HAVE ONE BECAUSE PRODUCT WAS RUNNING LOW. SO NOW THEY ARE RATIONING THE FOOD. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED BY A MANAGER THAT I COULDNT EVEN SEE. SHE WAS YELLING FROM THE FOOD PREPPING AREA TELLING ME I COULD NOT BUY ANOTHER MAC&CHEESE. SO THE EMPLOYEE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND I ASKED HIM FOR THE MANAGERS BOSS'S NAME THAT TOLD HER THAT I COULN"T BUY ANOTHER ONE. SHE TOLD HIM TO TELL ME I WASNT ALLOWED TO HAVE HIS NAME OR HERS TO CALL CORPORATE.(WHICH I DID) I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THAT STORE AGAIN.

one of my go to fast food spots in hanover. most places around here forget food or mess it up. arbys never let's me down.

Worst management. My daughter and I went in for a quick meal. AFTER paying for and receiving our meal we tried to get Arby's sauce. Was then told by (manager?) they wouldn't have sauce until Monday....great, today is Sunday. Then decided we didn't want to eat dry roast beef sandwiches (because of not having any sauces). Told the (manager?) If they would have posted they were out of sauce on the door I would have never entered the restaurant. She didn't care. Then I asked for a refund. SHE REFUSED! Twice! I told her I was going to call corporate and get my refund and asked if she was the manager and what her name was. She would not tell me either! I had no name to speak about when I called corporate. Then to top it off she said if I didn't leave "HER STORE, she was going to call the cops on me!". As if I'm a criminal?! I didn't speak down on anyone, nor did I swear or even raise my voice. I simply asked for a refund....twice. I left the food in the restaurant and didn't get my money back. This restaurant is under terrible management. Who does this person think she is? She stole my money by not giving the refund. I will never go back. How is this an exceptable employee?

Quiet Arby's that appears to be in the process of a remodel. Food came very quickly and with the expected taste. Staff was friendly.
