Horrible customer service. Disgusting language & nasty rude comments made out loud.. food is usually wrong and cold anyways.. Go somewhere else if you want decent food and friendly staff. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
Arby's is probably my favorite fast food chain, but thanks to some recent changes and an incredibly rude staff, I will no longer be visiting this location. Closing at 7pm?! That's prime time for dinner! And then a staff member getting snippy with me when I voiced my displeasure about having to wait in the drive thru line only to get to the speaker and have it play a message about being closed?! Also, why is the dining room still closed?! Most other restaurants have reopened theirs and it's nice to have that option for those of us who aren't worried about that so called virus. Sorry, I'll go to ANY of the other locations in York that are open until at least 10pm, and have friendlier staff.
The fries were pretty old. Other than that it was just ok
Brisket sandwich was delicious but the crinkle fries were just barely warm.
Clean, well lit and friendly staff. Only one person before us and it seemed to take a long time for us to get our food.
Fresh and hot! Always get the curly fries and mozzarella sticks!
Should not be call fast food if you have to wait 30 minutes for three people in the drive through. I am not pleased with the service.

Professional, Friendly Fast and Clean (COVID-19) awareness Service! We patronized via drive thru window! It was Friday evening about 8:30 pm. Young man with pleasant quite demeanor service us without a fuss or unnecessary delays!! Our food was hot, neatly packaged and organized!! He was a nice looking young man with dark pretty hair!! The young lady who we don't did not see took our order at menu window... She too was very pleasant and professional!! WE WILL TAKE THE 45 MINUTE RIDE TO COME AGAIN TO THIS ARBY'S WHEN OUT!! THANK YOU MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR DOING YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AN HONORABLE SERVICE TOWARDS IT'S PATRONS!!
Got there at 7:50pm and waited in line while the truck in front of us ordered. We pulled up to the speaker to order at 7:54pm and an automated recording came on saying that they are now closed. It wasn’t even 8pm and we waited in line and were turned away then.
