Great place for a quick meal. They have gotten my orders messed up a few times but it's mostly been a slightly wrong drink (orange instead of fruit punch hi-c) or my sauce missing. Nothing too bad. The place is packed during peak hours though and due to COVID the wait times can be long.
Nasty dirty facility. Food partially cook, counter employee looked and acted stoned, paper towels in bathroom noon to be found, ketchup in lobby out, tables dirty, floor sticky.
We came in to eat and found a few people already in the restaurant. The Wendy's was very clean and the staff was very friendly. A Staff member was cleaning while we were there and was very polite and respectful cleaning near us. We got order taken quickly and food came out very quickly (less than time to fill up the drinks). Love the ability to choose the drink flavors that aren't normally available such as cherry Sprite, etc. Meal was very good, and staff said thank you on the way out. Had a great experience at this Wendy's! Thank you for fast service, great food, clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, and friendly staff!!!
Use To really like Wendy but as with all things there are changes and none for the better other then there new fries . I use to go here only , never to burger King or McDonald's. Now they are actually worse then both of them . And if you get something wrong and take it back you might get a died in the grease trap burger. And don't call there office because they do not care. I rarely eat Wendy's anymore but if I do it's usually the Latrobe or southwest Greensburg one.
Wendy's really skimping on the large fry. I see why the line takes so long now, everyone has to make sure they aren't getting ripped off.

Cold, overcooked fries. People are nice, but food quality leaves a lot to be desired... Disappointing visit
As usual the food was fresh & delicious. The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. I recommend this restaurant.
Young man taking our drive through order had an attitude and messed up the order. Three women were arguing at the window. One handed me the order and said, "Here ya go". No Thank you, have a good day or anything pleasant. When I asked for ketchup another young lady dropped them into my hand and didn't even look at me. A couple of them fell on the ground and she stuck her nose in the air and walked away.I know that they will say that they are "busy and short staffed" but guess what? WE ALL ARE!! One single "value" meal cost seven and a half dollars . My money is not going to places that treat me this way. I am not going back
