Great food and service. Highly recommend.

Food was awesome. The host that checked us in was great. I think her name was Jenna S. Such a fun personality and awesome service she does.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went for dinner on July 2, 2022. We ordered two appetizers and two dinners and the only thing correct on the order was the appetizers! Husband ordered steak med rare with mushrooms & baked potato. I ordered steak medium, with mushrooms and steak fries. Husbands order arrives with onions and a baked potato plain, no butter or sour cream. My order arrived with cold, soggy steak fries. We cut into the steaks and realize they gave him my medium steak and I got his medium rare steak. Someone came and asked how our meal was but did nothing to make it better. Don’t think we’ll be going back. Rarely go out for a dinner and it wasn’t worth the $80 we spent!

The food was good, but the experience of getting our party seated was awful. We had called to let them know that we would be coming in with a party of 11 since we were travelling about 30 miles. Did not know, nor were we told, that we needed to check in responding to a text - which would have been dangerous since we were driving. Got there only to be asked if we had checked in. Couldn't get seated with only part of our party there even that they were right behind us. Told them we needed a handicapped accessible place and when we did get seated, nearly an hour after getting there, didn't have seating for the handicapped person. Ended up splitting the party so the kinda could eat and the other part of the party ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes and sat away from the rest of the party. Once we got through that fiasco, the food was good.

Did a last minute trip out to Greensburg Friday around noon. Decided we should try Texas road house , we had a gift card. We were so glad we did ! We were greeted right away and sat. Our waitress came over right away to introduce herself and get our drink orders. She brought our drinks out and the famous rolls ! They were delicious ! When we got there it started to get busy but our food came out perfect timing and everything was amazing ! Our steaks were cooked perfectly at medium well . Everyone was very kid friendly, I brought my toddler with us. There was tons of parking when we got there, many spots right by the door . We got the lunch specials which were great priced and great portions. We were very happy with our visit.

I'd give zero stars if I could. We were told twice e 44 minutes, just to find out the second time they forgot about us. This probably hearkened bc they asked only my party of 5 to wait outside of the typical waiting area. Not to pull the race card, but we were the only brown folks there. My 4 yr old barely made it out of the restaurant without vomiting, which happened multiple times, one of which right in front of the door. My waiters helper assumed we wanted Ranch and they gave us a portion of a steak. Kudos to my actual waiter who corrected it on sight. I had to ask for things I ordered more than once also. I'm not super upset about that as they were very busy and my waitress was a true doll! Won't ever spend $200+ here again. But I will visit other TX Roadhouses.

Their app sucks! Had to call the restaurant directly because we had a party of 7. Was on hold for 20 minutes and talked to 1 person who said she was going to switch me to somebody else...but never talked to anyone else. Once in the restaurant our waitress was very good as was the food...though we had a 35 minute wait to get in.

Packed parking lot when we got there, but we had called ahead and reserved a table an hour earlier. Walked in and were seated immediately. Food was awesome as usual for a Texas Roadhouse, but the staff were crushing it all night. Our server was amazing.

I was eating potato skins when I crunch down on something very hard the manager tried to say that it was a burnt piece of bacon when I tell you it was not A burnt piece of bacon. It was a stone! A few days later my tooth broke in half and I called the manager of Texas Roadhouse and ask if they are going to pay to get my tooth fixed and she said no that I have no proof. She was very rude and smart to me… I will never step foot in that restaurant ever again!!!

The steak was excellent, and the waitresses were very helpful explaining the menu.
