The food is typical of other Taco Bells and the restaurantis usually clean. I have been to this one several times. The staff is typically pretty good when you eat in. If you have a special request such as ordering a burrito without beans or something like that, don't expect it to be marked. I would think that they would mark the special order in some way. This makes it hard to identify which burrito in the example is the special one. This type of situation has happened to me multiple times. Even after calling the manager to let her know.I would not recommend using the drive thru. If you do be sure to check your order before you leave. I've had missing items several times. I live in the opposite side of town and have had to drive back because they have forgotten a main item, when it is something small I just don't bother.
Put in an online order, they forgot 4 of our items and we asked if we could come and get them. The girl was super nasty and not in the least apologetic. Mistakes happen especially when you’re short staffed but no reason to be rude, makes me not even want to eat the food they probably messed with it.
The night crew at this taco bell routinely kills it. I often come here for late night eats and it's always been good, fast and pleasant.
2nd time my order was wrong. Not just a little wrong. Check your order. We said we should park in the lot and check but we were lazy. Check! Missing 1/4th of order.
i ordered food online, and have never had an issue with this before. tonight i arrived at the store to get my food, and then i drove home only to realize they gave me a completely different order. I called the store, and they said to bring the receipt and they’d make my order again, so i went back, and i got home the second time, and it was still wrong, even after i watched the employee ring in the food directly from my receipt of what i should’ve gotten. The staff was really kind, and the Brittany, the manager was very kind over the phone, but my order was wrong both times.
I am only rating this establishment one star in order to leave this review. The management is taking peoples change without consent from customers. This has happened to my family unit twice and we finally decided to reach out to possibly resolve this issues as this action is not posted anywhere on this establishment that if you pay cash they will round up your change. We were willing to give several options (not one of which requested free food from here) in order to resolve our problem and we were told there was absolutley NOTHING we can do about this. Now, mind you, the change is not the problem here but the principal of the matter. If they have 200 customers paying cash and they "round up" their change without them knowing or CARING what the customer thinks, someone is walking away with a significant amount of money in their pocket at the end of the night. I know this is not normal as I havent experienced this anywhere else. I was refused a store number or a corporate office number so this public notice seems to be the only way to warm other customers bc resolving this issue seems impossible.
Omfg, I've been to a ton of taco bells. But this place was incredible. I don't know who all was on staff but man!!! They made the food hella fresh, they were so nice, and the decor was decent. Gonna make it a priority to go to this one!!!
I always enjoy a good Taco. Fast, friendly service. Food consistent from location to location.
It wasn't too bad I had some different than my usual I wish they bring back in double XL steak burrito
We decided to walk in and get take out. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and our order came out faster than expected. We received everything we ordered and it was made to our expectations. Din er was excellent. Thanks Taco Bell!!
