I wish I could give 10 stars! This restaurant location is so amazing. I ordered a platter of sandwiches via their "catering" option, and happened to mention (when asking for a substitution) that this was for my son's 5th birthday party and when I picked it up I was amazed at the special attention given to the order for his birthday and a Birthday Card with coupons to boot! He felt so special that they celebrated him. The manager and the staff were so wonderful, I am going to use them for every special occasion now where we want sandwiches. The food was fresh and tasty too! Thank you Subway crew!! :)

Bathrooms are disgusting. Try cleaning once in a while.
We frequent different Subways a lot. First time at this location and last time. The two young ladies working were not very nice and they were out of Three beverage options (possibly more, didn't check every one) at the drink machine. When we asked why, they said they just don't fill them because they don't sell a lot... and didn't even offer to. Wow.
As mentioned by other customers, there are employees here that do not wear their masks properly. On top of that, the employee that helped me was breathing out of their mouth while handling the food without a mask. I am a high risk customer and do not feel safe coming back until the pandemic subsides. On other ocassions before the pandemic, the service has been fairly decent.
The over weight lady had no mask on and the other ladies did not have it all the way on
Bomb subway. Amazing service.

If you are concerned about people wearing masks, the one employee replenishing the items had her mask pulled completely down and under her chin which defeats the entire purpose of wearing a mask...My son works at a restaurant, and that would be an automatic fail if an inspector came in. The customer service was not good. Both employees acted as though customers were a bother. In conclusion, this is in a food court at the mall, so my advice is to go to one of the other food vendors. That is what I will be doing next time.
We ordered 5 subs on line and they were awful. The steak and cheese was ice cold, the other 4 was soaked in Italian dressing and I didn't know there was a shortage on lettuce. There was very little on it. We used to eat here all the time. I will NEVER order on line again.
