Everytime I come here. The employees are rude. I ordered an easy meal and changed the side and upsized the drink and was told “if your order is going to be complicated don’t come through the drive thru. If your gonna order something complicated they will screw it up”. It’s not my job to make the customers food and drinks right. I have previously worked at a sonic and I am sad to see how down hill they have gone and how rude these employees treat there costumers.
I truly understand about the lack of staffing....im now reading that there is only 1 person doing everything...My suggestion is this....we waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through line without moving...maybe post that the wait could be extensive but that service will be provided ASAP.....We weren't sure if we were mistaken and they were closed or what the problem was...so we left...
It is a real shame that they cannot keep employees...it would make a world of difference in service. There was only ONE person doing everything! She was a great worker who really hustled and was very pleasant, in spite of her situation.
Came for the milkshakes, and the food was really good too. There were only two employees working. Be kind and tip a lot. They definitely deserve it.
Have come here for years and am usually happy. With supply issues recently they have lacked some of our more favored items but the service is always nice and you can tell they are just understaffed and over worked as of COVID-19.
Due to food shortage and lack of staff the wait time was twice as long cars that wanted to order behind me were told it would be half hour wait. Pretzels were good
The employee was kind at the window. First time their in 6 years...Texas toast burger was very good for fast food ,it was really good ...also got ice coffee. Only got small . Next time going bigger....
Food was cold and soggy. Staff was rude. It's fast food but if you don't like your job find one you like. They weren't understaffed. Employees just having fun and acting like customers bothering them. Ice only been to this location maybe 3 times over the last 9 months and usually the food is good but the staff has always been rude.

My favorite place to go for chili cheese hotdogs drinks and ice cream at an awesome price. This place on the busiest days is also very quick and efficient I’m getting the order right the first time. It’s a little hard to get into from the road and even harder to exit but I still recommend it
