Service was terrible. Took forever to get seated even though there were Lots of employees standing around and few customers seated. Food took forever to come and half of our party of 7 were dissatisfied with the food. $33 for a Rib dinner and it was horrible. It didn't get eaten and the Waitress didn't offer a refund. Salad was ordered with no dressing and came with dressing. Our party had already gone to their cars while we waited for a new salad. Been to other locations before this one with no issues. Definitely won't come back to this one again.
Couldn't believe how great the service was during several wedding parties last Saturday night! I had an awesome time and never had to ask for a refill. Food was on time, tasted great, and drinks were poured to perfection thanks to Jocelyn being behind the bar!
I came in tonight and ordered some bbq mag nachos, food was tasty and service was awesome! Sam.D was my waitress. Will definitely be back for more!
We have been ordering the Bone Fire every time we visit Smokey Bones. It became one of our favorites. We've NEVER have a bad experience. The wait staff is great and this time was no exception. Thank you Sam D for your great service. The chef for the awesome flavorful fall-off-the bone ribs. They were worth the slight wait!
I had a wonderful dining experience today. First time at Smokey Bones and Michael, the Manager on Duty was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was on point, checking in with my table frequently, making sure we were 100% satisfied with our visit. We will definitely be back and recommend to others.
My server was Justin, he gave fantastic service. He was extremely attentive and friendly. Our service was perfect and the food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend you check them out!
Very nice modern rustic style atmosphere. Nice looking bar, situated well in the middle. Crispy clear & flat screens float down from the ceiling right above the bar with all the sports on. The bbq comes in an interesting charcoal bowl bucket with the food on a grill in top. They have at least 6 different sauces but "Chipotle" was my ?. Food was tasty and well prepared, I sugest the everything dinner, so can try it all. Can definitely have a nice quiet date here. Friendly waitress.
My first time back in over 5 years because food and service used to be horrible.Bartender was great and very friendly. Food was very good! A little overpriced, they should definitely try to offer a local flavor or groupon to bring customers in. The restaurant was dead. Maybe 2 other people at the bar and 3 tables seated.
Came here late so wasn't busy at allWe ordered the nachos and wings and they were really good. The BBQ sauce they put on the nachos was sweet and complemented the cheese nicely. They also gave us a nice portion of meat on the nachos!
