This was the first time my wife and I went to one of these as we are not from the " 'burgh ". Needless to say, we loved it! I had a pittsburgher and my wife had a chicken salad. A lot of fries but a lot of goodness. Our dark pink haired sever was loads of fun and made my wife laugh. Would go there again next time I'm in the 'burgh lol!
I love me some Primanti!! I moved away from Pittsburgh so anytime I’m in town I will always make a stop. I don’t always get the wings but this time I did and they were very good. They have a slight breading but it it was not too think and they were cooked perfect not chewy and not over cooked.
I wish I could give more stars as our server was phenomenal... she was so busy, I dont know how she kept her head on straight. When entering our order she accidentally put in an incorrect sandwich, However it was the best mistake ever. The BBQ bacon burger was fantastic. She fixed our order & brought my original sandwich the "brother burger" which was also delicious but that BBQ had the edge over it. There was as well, an order for the hot sausage sandwich that unfortunately was cooked beyond well done, was less than palatable & got thrown away. We also tried the pepper jack Mac & cheese balls... the few that weren't absolutely burnt had a good creamy Mac & cheese though the acrid tase from the more burnt ones didn't help much. It was happy hour so drinks of course, were a pretty good price. Other than the 2 disasters, the restaurant had good ambiance, all of the staff were great & yeah.... happy hour. Will definitely be back, maybe when a little less busy so the kitchen staff isn't as overwhelmed & forgets what's in the fryer.
Been to other locations many times. First time here at this location. Service was good, food was good. Order came quickly and was accurate. The waitress was good. Place could have been slightly cleaner but it was online with most restaurants. Had a great time.
My friend took me here for lunch.. my new yorker is the best sandwich i had. friendly atmosphere and fantastic waitstaff. highly recommended.

Now I have never tried this place ever so I can not comment on the food. I expect a waitress to make sure I actually sit down. The table I was taken to could barely stand at all, and I could tell this before I even tried to sit down. I try to point this out and my waiter or hostess or whoever was nowhere to be found. I'm standing there for about 5 minutes or so and I can't get anyone to help me really. I just walked out. If you don't take time to take your job seriously, maybe find other work.
The waitress we had was great the waiter who came out on the floor and yelled at our waitress on the main floor in front of customers was a little rude and tasteless. Why would you ever correct another employee on the floor in front of customers if you have an issue with another employee take it to the back. I left my waitress and extra big tip for dealing with that a hole.
not like the strip district pgh locations in ANY WAY-Junkit is only for stupid greensburgers. you want details the fries tasted like they made a month ago!!! all the ingredients were unedible spoiled!!! fake capicolla stale bread definatlely not mancinis jimmy petrenus should close this place
Ordered a curbside pickup. We were there on time and our food was cold. The fries didn't have any salt. My burger patty looked like something that was sitting in the back of the freezer for a year. I'm super disappointed. I hope you guys do better I know we won't be coming back.
