Worst customer service ever. I had a problem I wanted to discuss and there was never anyone in authority available. Their attitude is that they could not care less about your business.
We used to be regulars, but this place has gone downhill terribly. Between the insane price hike at the end of 2021, the poor service and declining food quality and preparation, it's a pretty inconsistent business.The thing that bothers me most is that while we have frequented this place for several years, the inconsistency of pricing on the same exact order has been an issue, especially considering our order is always for the same 2 topping XL pizza every time. It depends which staffer you place the order with on the phone, and it also depends on which situational discount or coupon they'll honor. Nowadays, it's $25 for an XL 2 topping pizza at this place. Competitively, you could still get the same pizza elsewhere for under $20. It's a far cry from when they first opened. We're going elsewhere from now on.
Ok at first loved this place.... last 3 times we have ordered are a different story.First I get a bloody band aid in my salad. Call and bring it to the attention of the manager to be told "It did not come from there nobody has any band aids". Took a break from ordering there but figured one mistake, things happen, hated how they handled it but tried again a couple months later.Next two orders are both delivered with incorrect items, and one was improperly charged. After waiting an hour for food, called to ask them to fix the order... two hours later after they said someone was on the way they have not arrived and the order is not fixed.When i called back to complain I was told no manager is available and if i kept complaining they would "never make food for me again" I wish i was joking.I will never order from them again. Absolutely shameful and disgusting company.
On January 27, 2022 I placed an order online. It was OVER AN HOUR LATE being delivered. I was able to reheat and eat my appetizer, HOWEVER... THE SAME THING COULD NOT BE SAID FOR MY SUBS. THEY WERE SO SOGGY THAT REHEATING THEM WAS IMPOSSIBLE. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR RATING. WASN'T ABLE TO SALVAGE ANY OF THE SUB, AND THERE WERE 2 SEAFOOD SUBS. I DEMAND A COMPLETE REFUND!!! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE!!
Best Greek Pizza ever! Its a shame they don’t have a shop in Mount Pleasant but I don’t mind the wait for it when I am in the Greensburg area.And yes I’ll be back lol.
Great pizza! It's a little different than most but give it a 2nd try. I had sausage, mushrooms and onion. It has a slightly warm but sour flavor and lots of flavor. Seemed like quality ingredients! Wish we had one in Columbus... sadface.
Awesome pizza, awesome wings, fair prices, and open late. Never disappointed!
We were at the holiday inn and looking for a late night takeout place. So glad we found/ picked this place. The pizza was very good and reasonably priced. The kids meal was perfect.

The absolute worst. We order from here all the time. Ordered a white pizza got red sauce and my whole steak hoagie was so soggy it fell apart. Very disappointed ?. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
