Fast quality service. The staff is professional and so very helpful. The food is over the top. Fresh baked bread and bagels. Brownies and scones to hit that sweet tooth. Multiple different drink options. Hot coffee, cold coffee, smoothies, teas, and fountain drinks. Looking for a great meal, have soup, salad, it a sandwich. Don't forget to get the Mac cheese, melts in your mouth.
My wife ordered an online order for pickup the other day. Several dinner items and 2 bear claws. I was 5-10 mins early but sat there a good 20 mins. No customers but 'over staffed' imo. They brought me the bag personally. Came home; no bear claws, my sons pizza was under cooked, my wife's Mediterranean bowl had no dressing that she collected. 4/6 items were wrong, bad quality or just simply not there.Called manager, Steve, nice but only offered 'you can come pick up your two bear claws whenever'.I'm sorry but when you mess up that bad...it's more an annoyance in ME to have to drive there and pick up 2 bear claws that were paid for! What about the sub-par $40 food order?
Staff had a bit of a communication issue and made it known during our transaction, and the bagels were cut horribly. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful
My daughter and I ordered two hot chocolates after ice skating in Pittsburgh. After ordering we were told they ran out of whip cream. They apologized and immediately offered each of us a bakery item. I feel they responded appropriately to the out of stock item. Thanks Panera of Greensburg.
Very friendly staff. The selections are great, and the store in general is well maintained in a clean and warm environment.
I feel Panera is not what it once was. Of you want to pay for overpriced soups and Sami's then go to Panera. You can get a higher quality soup from eat n park or giant eagle hot foods for half the price. The ambiance and food is not worth the inflated prices Panera has placed on their items.
We stop here quite often on our way home through Greensburg. Twice in the last 3 weeks they are out of chips (I was offered a baguette-really? With a sandwich? Or apple). If you don't want either, you still pay full price. And this is the 3rd time they gave me a whole sandwich instead of the 1/2 that I ordered.
They took the Sierra turkey off of the menu. The customer service was above and beyond because they did still have the ingredients to make the sandwich I wanted. That's for the customer service restrooms need to be attended to

I mean what can you say about Panera Bread great baked products the new Mac and cheese grilled cheese sandwich is to die for split that with a cup of cream and chicken wild rice and boiled boy time to check your taste buds out on vacation!!!
