I don’t typically give harsh ratings because I feel like mistakes happen and we’re all human but one thing that really rubs me the wrong way is when people are rude. My food had been sitting on the counter, only for a few minutes but long enough for it to not be as hot as I’d hope, the vibrating alert disc they gave me did not vibrate- I’m assuming bc no one hit the button to say my order was ready, so after a few minutes I approached the counter and asked if it was my order- the blonde woman making food behind the counter said “probably, it’s a Baja or something then turned her back to me”. I was left standing there still confused if I should take MY $15 bowl or not. It would have made it a much better experience if she just said hey, sorry no one told you, your food is ready for you! Instead of feeling like I was inconveniencing her. The smallest things could make the biggest difference and if you have to be there- you might as well be nice. This isn’t my first negative experience with this woman so I felt it was important to say something. Food was okay, a little cold and the rice was undercooked but still decent. I believe the review right below mine is also about her, although I can’t be sure it does sound like the same person. Positive note, my cashier Nikki was very kind and attentive!

Waited in long line. No problem. Gets to be my turn (I was the last person) and Daniel the manager just walks away. After walking back and forth several times, without stopping or apologies he says "Be back in a moment". Ok no problem. By now there's someone behind me. The person at the other register finishes and the cashier LOOKS AROUND ME to ask the people behind me "Can I help you? " They made a motion towards me. So I said "Uh you can help ME. " NO APOLOGIES, NOTHING. She takes my order and naturally on Daniel's next pass he stops to help the people who were waiting behind me. Seriously! And by the way, she got my order wrong but I didn't realize until I left. RUDE!

Ordered a sandwich, the board said it was ready, my name was never called, when I asked them about it, they were quite rude! And said it's right there, and I replied no it's not, I ordered whole sandwich with chips to, not a bowl of soup n sandwich. They said, well that spelled your name with an I , clearly that's how I spell it, they rudely made my sandwich and tossed it on the counter n said he you go! No apology just puresass!

Nothing against the food or store but me and my sister went in today 1/17/22 and there was a girl and a guy working. The guy was great. He informed me they closed at 3 bc of the snow which was fine we were going to eat out in the mall anyway. The lady just seemed like she didn’t want us in there because they were closing as if it was an inconvenience for them even though we already had ordered our food. All and all the lady was very rude. She was blonde and short.

Very nice and friendly environment. Their soup bread bowls are amazing! This will definitely be a spot to get my lunches.

When I order there as long as I get soup and a basic sandwich with no customizations, everything is fine for the most part.The coffee/Cafe, smoothies, and and customizations with food however is never as ordered or of much quality. If I receive a gift card is when I order Panera nowadays. This location is my local store. I did not have similar experiences at any of the Greensburg stores.

I have yet to be satisfied with their over-priced food

Great customer service and the food here is always very well made. Very good. No issues.

What's not to love? This is the ONLY chain restaurant that my husband and I frequent. Fresh, tasty food, great variety, wonderful staff, and fast service. Have never had a bad experience or food that wasn't fresh. ?
