I took my mother there for her 100th birthday and all the servers and management treated her like a Queen! They were very attentive, helpful and generous. Thanks so much for making this occasion special!
Fast service , they were busy on a Saturday afternoon, good food. Very consistent, very good service from our waitress
It wasn't busy at 130 in the afternoon. The food came really fast which was a plus and a minus lol. Didn't have time to enjoy each course but food tasted awesome. Our server was amazing !!
Ate here for lunch. Very good food and the staff is friendly. Customer service is excellent. Definitely will be back here to eat again.
We stopped here while visiting family because the Olive Garden’s aren’t great at home, so we weren’t expecting anything more than what we are used too. This location was outstanding. Our food and service was top notch! “Lena” was the best server we have ever had in years at any food establishment. She was super attentive and personable. Not to mention she had several tables and we could see she gave them all the same great attention. We WILL definitely come back when in the area and hope “Lena” is still there or that she has been promoted. She was fantastic as well as this Olive Garden location!!! Loved it all
Our waitress was super excellent. She was so nice and extremely efficient. There was 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 kids for lunch. It was extremely busy but she made us feel like we were the only ones there. Probably the best service ever. I left a review at table and wish I remembered her name. It was at the Greensburg location.
What More Can I Say? Unlimited Soup, Salad & Bread sticks, Eggplant Parmesan and Shrimp Scampi. All prepared perfectly, and Service Was Top Shelf Superb by Server Christian and Front end Mgr. Nick. Highly recommend for All the Right Reasons.
Meal was delicious. Two of had the soup and salad, always amazing. And my son had the eggplant Parmigiano, he loved it. We always have a great experience there.
The "new" server literally only took our order. She forgot to bring soup we had to flag a manager down after almost 25 min of waiting. She never came to apologize or see if the soup was ok. She didn't bring our food out or see if the food was ok and when we found a manager again to say something, then and only then does she run over only to make 2 different excuses and then get mad and make an ignorant remark, in front of the manager!!!!!
My son and ASH bought me a birthday meal at olive garden. The meal chicken Alfredo for me delicious and my son had chicken parm with Alfredo noodles on the side and ASH had chicken Margherita. I got free desert !!!
