Worst customer service ever and are extremely slow and they still can not get any thing right I had to go in side after going threw the drive threw 2 times over could food then try telling me they are under staffed after I walked in and see three out of six employees playing on their phones
If I could I wouldn't even give it a star, the store manager is a rude ignorant person. Many people were inside waiting over half an hour for their food. When one of the customers said something and asked to speak to her she went from screaming yelling and the employees there to hiding behind the grill, she refused to speak to the customer and I was over charged for my food in general by a good 10 dollars.
This is one of the poorer McDonald's I've been to. They frequently get my order incorrect; both wrong food and just entire items missing. And, more often than not, the food is cold or has been left in the heating trays for too long and is dry. I would stop at another place for a burger and fries if possible.
Good except for not properly ringing up my rewards. That's happened more than once lately. If there's a better way for it to be rung up you should work on that. It was mildly irritating.
Extreamly under staffed for a Friday at dinner time. Long wait lines for the dri e through. Disappointed in the service wait.
Literally waited in line for 30 minutes tonight for cold food. And my poor son was missing a chicken nugget. How hard is it to count 6 chicken nuggets. Poor kid was so upset, all he wanted was nuggets, was starving waiting in line for 30 minutes to get home and really not have everything you ordered.
I want to report the manager at McDonald's 6199 Route 30, Greensburg, PA 15601 for verbally advising his employees. I was there Saturday around 230-3 and while in the dining room I heard him yell at the employees "I don't give a flying [email protected]!". Then he proceeded to speak down to the female employees, treating them like they were stupid. It was obvious HE was the one who didn't know what he was doing. He kept messing up their routine and making it harder for them to do their job. I sincerely hope he is not permitted to continue speaking to the employees that way. It was obvious on their faces that they were not happy about how he was talking to them. For him to cuss like that in front of customers should not be acceptable. You guys need to do better for manager picks. He is definitely not good management material.
Didn't put tea bags in hot water,. I had to pull over and do it myself. Blueberry muffin could have been heated a bit
Recently, it seems that fast food restaurants are loosing quality. Somehow McDonald's is not having this problem, you consistently know what you will get.
Spent 25 minutes in line, was late getting back to work from a break, just to receive burnt cold fries. My coworker and I were looking forward to sharing, but they were absolutely inedible.would give a 0/5 if I could. They really need to hire more than a few teenagers to run an entire restaurant.
