Awesome place to eat. The server was a little too busy to take good care of our table. If you needed a refill it was almost a problem for her to get you one. Now..almost, if you are going to eat out you need to curb your expectations just a little in our post COVID world. Restaurants are understaffed and people are overwhelmed. The lady was nice enough once you got past the brusqueness! The food was like you would expect from Longhorn, GOOD!
Today was a great day out with my mom and son. We stopped at LongHorn Steakhouse for lunch. It was not very busy at all around 1 o'clock . We were greeted and seated right away, we had great service. Our waitress was very nice ! We had a great visit lunch everything was delicious.
Steaks were cook pretty close to what we asked, sides were great, glad we got there early, it got pretty busy. Clean atmosphere, small bathrooms but very well kept. I will definitely come back!
Server seemed preoccupied and not friendly. Our steaks were wrong. Medium came out almost raw. Had to go back. The 3 medium well were overcooked. We got an extra Mac and cheese, not ordered, we told the server and she said keep it, then we were charged for it. Lobster tails were good. Shrimp appetizer was good. Just overall not a good experience for $150.00. It was my birthday and I could have gone somewhere else and had a better experience. Disappointing. Had been here twice before and loved it. Again disappointing.
I highly recommend the baby back ribs. They are fantastic. The best I have ever tasted anywhere. The service also was excellent with hardly any waite.
First time there. Someone got my wife and I a gift card. My wife and I had a great steak dinner. I had the filet which was excellent. Melt in your mouth. Delicious. My wife had the New York strip steak which was delicious as well. We each had a baked potato and broccoli for our sides. Along with the salad. We had a bottle of wine and our total bill was $78 which is extremely affordable for a great steak dinner. I'm telling you if you would go to Capital grille you would spend $65 for one steak plus all the sides and I would argue that it's better than longhorn. Now I'm not saying longhorn has a better ambience than Capital grille but it really was an enjoyable dinner. And Gabby our waitress was really nice.
Was amazed that the steak was as good as any high-end restaurant. Flavorful, perfect seasoning & done exactly as ordered. 5 stars for the chopped salad with white balsamic vinaigrette.Service was over the top! Highly recommend.
not gonna lie i never leave a review but i had to. last time i ate here i was served a “medium” sirloin that was uncooked. when i called the waitress over to explain, i didn’t even get a word out before she said “oh my god i’m so sorry” and took the plate away. she returned with another one, only to find out they did the exact same thing. it wasn’t even rare yet, she took it back and i told her to forget about it i lost my appetite. she went to pay for our food and returned saying the card was declining, i had alternative payment in case this happened but that was before they ruined my entire dinner. turns out they tried charging me for the two steaks that they ruined and i couldn’t even eat. will never go back here, eat at your own risk?
Usually very good to excellent. This time not so much. Overcooked steak and wrong side( although they did correct when I said something). Was to go so didn't know about steak. Unfortunate.
My wife and I went to LongHorn Steakhouse on New Years Eve and it was great! We got seated immediately and our food was served under 20 minutes.
