Stopped in to order to go and after about 10 minutes of waiting I was never greeted never ask for help or anything at all. Best part.. I was the only customer there at 7pm then another customer walked in and was greeted and picked his order up after he left so did I. I would pay for customer service and that's important to me.. just not here anymore
This is my favorite restaurant. Love the hot sausage parm with pasta, but everything is delicious and great service. I'm happy to support local small business
I placed an order for delivery. The same way I always do. After an hour and fifteen minutes I called to check and was told it was still sitting there for pickup. The man asked for my information repeated the wrong number back then hung up on me. I called back and the girl apologized for the first mistake and then put me on with the manager. he told me I ordered wrong and argued with me. when I asked if I could just get my order delivered he told me he didn't know when they would be able to get to that....... Just a very rude man.
I can't speak on the pizzas as I've never eaten theirs. However, what I have had always left me disappointed. Their "jumbo" wings aren't jumbo. They're split wings... at $18/dz. The spinach calzones only have 5-6 spinach leaves in it. I ordered a burger and asked for BBQ on it. The menu says what all comes on the burgers. I got BBQ and mayo on my burger. The menu doesn't say it comes with mayo! I will say that their mozzarella sticks were good.
0 professionalism and horrendous service. I was ignored for over 5 minutes without being greeted by anybody. All I could hear were drivers/servers talking about their tips. This place is a joke and I do not recommend it.
Every time I come in here, I am very happy with the specials they have and the options they serve. They make the best cheesecake! I never buy dessert unless it’s worth it, let me tell you it is worth it here!! Come try their food, you will not be disappointed!!
Ordered from the one in Greensburg Pa tonight. And after waiting a little over a hour for delivery. I ordered an extra large pepperoni and the sampler in the sampler the mushrooms were burned along with the onion rings the chicken was dry and mozzarella sticks cold and hard. The pizza was also cold. Probably the worst shop I have ordered from in years I will not order from them again and if you like good pizza and appetizers they are not the place for you. And in the picture that little burned nugget is what is supposed to be a breaded mushroom they would all be there had I not start throwing them away.
This is one of my favorite pizza places! Excellent pizza and subs, great staff, very friendly and attentive. Lots of pizza choices love their white supreme with pepperoni, salami, and ham it tastes just like a calzone!
