I've never had bad service at this location, but I've never had amazing service either. Occasionally you'll catch somebody at the drive through and wonder if they could possibly hate their job any more, then the window staff is super pleasant. Everyone is entitled to a bad day now and then, but they always get the order right. 4/5 stars. Will go back again.
Every worker was rude and seemed miserable to even just be there. About 10 min after I got my food, i went back up to ask for a cup of water and a plastic knife to cut my child’s donut. You wouldve thought i asked them to kiss my feet or something with the dirty looks I got. I did feel bad for going back up since they were busy so i said “sorry for bothering you”. The girl just looked at me. Then before i walked away i said thank you…silent again. The 30 minutes my daughter and i were in there i dont think i saw one employee smile. They were fairly busy, but in my opinion if they cant handle a busy environment they need to work somewhere else. My iced coffee wasnt stirred either, first couple sips i got a mouthful of grainy sugar. (i know sugar doesnt dissolve well in cold coffee, but all the sugar was just lying on the bottom, then i stirred it a bit and it was better) I’m not even the type of person to write reviews, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences ive ever had. I took my daughter there to have a nice morning, get a donut, and spend time together. I felt like my 1 year old and I were an inconvenience to them just by being there. Definitely will not be going back.
The best part is if you buy two donuts for yourself they put them in a box. Not upside down in a bag like some if the others.
Such a bad, disrespectful Dunkin donuts location. I stopped going to Dunkin after a bad experience I had at this Dunkin location. I wish I could give them a negative 100 rating.
Always charged a different price and never even half full
very inconsistent with their drinks, sometimes it's half full other times they actually give you a full cup.
My donuts look like they’ve been dropped on the floor and still served to me. Love it

Out off the coffee I loved and it was still morning! My food was not hot but they did go fast!
